Less than 48 hours in advance we were able to get all 20 chairs and 8 umbrellas with the online reservation process. They called the next morning to confirm. We arrived right at their opening on a busy Saturday and everything was ready to be loaded to our vehicle. Upon returning everything was still pretty sandy but they were ok with this as they hose everything upon arrival. Great experience and would definitely do it again.

A lovely gal suggested a VT balloon to me and I held one. I was planning on being there two days after VT day, but it ended up 4 days late. Upon arrival to the store, the folks there could not do enough for me. They located a sealed box from the back, opened it and my balloon was labeled for a hold for me. The gal opened it, inflated it in front of me, then decorated the hand held ribbon, with 4 or five seperate ribbons all coordinated to the balloon colors. She had excellent customer service skills, and had the artist eye as well. We now have our traditional VT balloon. I always will now return to this great store. The selection of balloons and party needs is mind blowing in so many choices. They have designer balloons in chrome and metallic balloons in the shape of ufo's. What a great store, I cannot say enough great things about this great shop, and the manager helped as well to insure my satisfaction. A+++ and highly recommended.

When I removed the sticker, it left a large circle that was a much darker color. I contacted the store, and they responded right away. They found a replacement hat, confirmed there was no fading, and shipped it to me out of state. I really appreciate their excellent customer service and willingness to make things right! Also, they had a lot of fun items in store. My younger cousins bought some really fun new toys including a butter squishy toy that smells like actual butter. It made us all want popcorn!

My child was looking at items on a shelf at the register. The cashier asked if we were ready, 20 seconds later, "ready to check out yet!?" Rushing us to leave.. Cashier, tried to switch out my item with a used open box.. Sneaky, impatient cashier.. what a shame..
