This store has such a good vibe and a ton of affordable items to choose from. Some of the items you will find include colorful art pieces, tie-dye tees, religious sculptures, dream catchers, handmade clothing, one-of-a-kind ornaments and wind chimes, handmade flutes and other instruments, singing bowls made from bronze and crystal in multiple sizes, a multitude of incents and scented oil varieties, handmade rugs and furniture throw covers, lockable hemp diary's, hand-made purses, a ton of unique handmade jewelry, and more. While shopping I was trying to encourage a bronze singing bowl to sing for me, but couldn't get it going. The store owner graciously walked me through it; ahhhh, that's how it's done, now I remember. She was sweet enough to bring out her large crystal bowl, so I could make it sing; it was amazing! This bowl rang so loud I thought the glass jewelry cases would shatter, but didn't, awesome! Yet some of the worn items are vintage. My mom picked out two books for $1.75, crazy cheap. There are kids clothes here for .10 cents each or 20 items for $1, not bad. There were also deals on Christmas items, buy-one-get-one free. There was a selection of old music books here for cheap, which made me happy. For those starting out in a new home or apartment there are plenty of household items, kitchen utensils, and small appliances available for purchase. While onsite we also noticed a small selection of jewelry - necklaces, rings, and earrings. If you are in the area shopping and looking for a deal, I recommend stopping in.

MEDICAL GOOF UP-Went to pick up my prescriptions from Walgreens. I was to have 3 Rs'x per my…read moredoctor visit. One RX was filled completely. The second could only be filled partially, The 3rd Rx the girl said they did not have. Since they no longer give the patient a hard copy of the prescription, I had no recourse to prove that they were in error. I advised the girl there should be another prescription. Not having no way to prove it, but why would 2 Rx's arrive but not the 3rd. I had no choice but to walk away and drive home and call my doctor to find out what I already knew. My doctor's office had sent all 3 Rx's and verification received. My doctor's office knows what customer service is. They called Walgreens to find that all 3 prescriptions were sent and received, but the 3rd missing one was out of stock and was on back order. Due to the lack of effective and good customer service I was not informed properly. This normally would not upset me, but this is not the first-time problems like this, and others have occurred with this Walgreens close to my house. I am a senior citizen living on a fixed budget. With the high prices of gas, I have to make every trip count. I had no problem living on a budget, but mistakes like this causing me extra driving and gas can mess with my budget. Everyone makes mistakes but the actions that one take to correct the problems to attempt to keep them from happening again is a big plus for me. But today we are forced to correct other people's mistakes while they continue to repeat there patten of problems. I wish this could be a more positive post, but this is my beef of the day.
