The boy with the nose ring is always so helpful and sweet. This dollar tree is super convenient and usually has everything I need. It's a shame however that this store is always sweltering and frequently understaffed. I feel terrible for the employees stuck in here sweating all day. It makes the customers nasty and the workers are just expected to deal with it. There also doesn't ever seem to be more than two employees on shift at a time despite how busy this store is. The Dollar Tree has great deals throughout on items that can't break. Then for $1.25 it's a no brainer. I buy my cabinet lights here three for $1.25 and they last for a year. Aside from the great deals, the negative here is the lines could get long at times and they usually have one cashier working. I also come here for seasonal items where they have three or four aisles just for that holiday like 4th of July and Halloween. read more

Second review for this Dollar Tree location. The staff are stocking the aisles but many are bare (maybe thats why they are stocking). Staff is available to find items you are searching for. I noticed that this location has a full magazine section unlike other locations. Plenty of food and household items even helium balloons. The cashier was very friendly and seemed happy. There was a slight glitch though at the checkout counter since a customer was explaining the advertised 50% off item and there was a severe english to spanish barrier. So not sure at this point how to salvage that issue. Anyways, this store was clean and displayed a little of everything at $1.25 instead of the long time $1.00 everything price, maybe a name change coming soon...Plenty of parking at this location. read more

I was shopping at the Jupiter store on Indiantown Road last week. Charlene was checking me out at the cash register. I was completely ignored by her while she had a repeated conversation with a customer behind me that she knew. My merchandise was just thrown together, paper items crumbled glass product just thrown in the bag, after spending $70.00. Her conduct was rude and disrespectful. It's definitely not one of my favorite places to visit, but it has those few things that other places don't have or are ridiculously overpriced. Like disposable party goods, different color plates, plastic silverware, table cloths, and assorted serving things. This store is normally poorly stocked, and the products to be stocked are sitting on carts in the way waiting to be stocked. Except for today, it's all stacked up on the floor in the way. I find this store could use a bit of a cleaning. It seems to be a bit dingy. Today it's busy and they don't have enough help. There's only one register open, and rather long lines with some of people in line bitching and moaning The only other thing is the name. They really could use a new name since everything is now a dollar twenty-five. It should be more like Dollar and a Quarter Tree instead of Dollar Tree. read more

I am a BIG fan of Dollar Tree because I like to save on everyday items, get them right when I need them, and have more money left over from my paycheck to spend on food, non essentials, and some extraordinary things too! This store is not one of my favorites for a few of reasons and one is that it is very busy and the store associates can't keep up with all the merchandise when the truck comes in. That said, they are very nice and helpful. I even shared my Fudge Mint Cookies with the clerk who checked me out. By the way, these cookies are as good as the Scout's cookies. Try them and let me know what you think. With this update, I want to turn the spotlight on one of their store clerks. I went in looking for an extra large gift bag--you know the ones you could wrap a bike with? I had gone online and the closest store that had them in stock was Target in Coconut Creek. I knew Dollar Tree carries them too, so I was confident I'd find one, at worse, laying around somewhere. I like scavenger hunts!! Well the hunt was short. After having looked in their designated area and throughout the store, I couldn't find one. But Lisa! She was busy stocking Christmas items but instead of telling me where to find the product, she stopped and took me to the wall where there were a lot of hanging holiday products. What I needed was a birthday-appropriate bag. So, she then gave me the bright idea to use a plastic tablecloth for my present. Why didn't I think of that? It's essentially the same material. It worked!! I bought two in case I'd run out, but it was plenty. Lisa made me happy and contributed to making a five-year-old super special boy super happy too! I frequent this Dollar Tree often. I am usually mad at my self for stepping in the door because it is rare I find what I am looking for. The store is very unorganized and the shelves are typically not stocked well. The store is also dirty and I would never purchase any thing other than non food items. I have never been to this store where the employees are not complaining. Most of the times they are complaining about the customers and the language is more appropriate for home vs a place of business. All in all I will still go there, but sometimes I'd rather pay more money for something at target or Publix then walk into this store. read more

Awfully managed these days. Low on product YET it's the people working there that make the store awful too. I had multiple items of the SAME product yet cashier wanted to ring EACH on separately so she TOUCHED everything and it took longer which is why lines are always very long. They can't managed the front of store at all. TOUCHING ALL my many items to purchase is what I try to prevent so I bag my own things and always to self check out. Trying not to get COVID again being I only just got it recently. Cahier didn't need to TOUCH ALL my items. None of the other Dollar Tree stores do. Customer no more now at this location store. I was heading to this store while visiting Weston, only read the reviews while looking for the directions. It was written that this was the most PATHETIC Dollar Tree ever. I laughed but thinking no way, but yes way it's true!! A couple of nice ladies in the back right corner asked if I needed help and pointed me in the right direction. A younger gentleman said hello (that's where the 2 stars came from). The problem is they have a crazy lady name DONNA running the register. Very rude and hates her job. She has tried to get her attitude better but you just never really feel welcome and when you go to her and registered she cuts you shorts. I have been in many Dollar Tree stores around the state of Florida, and this is by far, the most pathetic store I have ever seen. Not once, in all my years of shopping at Dollar Trees, have I encountered rows and rows of unopened boxes of merchandise throughout the store. Even during the pandemic, all other Dollar Trees have been able to keep up with newly received merchandise. This is totally unacceptable. Why is every other store able to keep up? I was told that they can't hire enough people who want to work. Well, it's obvious these people don't want to work. The manager needs to hire people on off-hours to come in and open up this merchandise. The store is losing thousands of dollars in sales due to this mismanagement! if all other stores can manage to put out their merchandise, this store should also be able to put out their merchandise. I needed help finding 1 item in this unorganized store. When I walked in there was an older lady named Lisa there I kindly approached her and asked her if she could help me. She looks at me and says "we don't have that" then she proceeded to turn her back and walk away from me. I live close to this dollar tree and me and my family come here every now and then, the prices are great of course lol but the staff is very rude. Today my sister and mom came there to shop and told me about this rude cashier there named Donna she started commenting about the color of my sisters hair to the customer who she was ringing up saying "Can you believe that girls green hair? I would never let my daughter get a hair color like that" those kind of words should never come out of a worker's mouth especially right in front of a girl that just likes to express herself with the color of her hair and nothing should be wrong with that. I think that lady for being as old as she is, is honestly a bully and things like that should be just kept to herself saying that about a person is discriminatory. Nice but small dollar store located in the Shenandoah Plaza. I've been dropping by here for years to get generic products in order to save a little coin. I have personally found that the party supply section to be the high point here. Lots of ribbons, wrapping paper, tissue paper, gift bags, various colored disposable party plates, etc. They also tend to have a nice selection of school and cleaning supplies. read more

This is my local dollar tree & I usually always have no issue with this location, except for the occasional long line. Today I went it to grab a few items and see that they have one lane open since that was the only light on above that register. However there was a woman at the other end standing at the register with her light off & nobody in line. I wasn't sure if her line was open or not so I asked her, she replied yes she was open so I said your light it off, since that's very common for people to tell if that lane it open or not. She rudely replied I know my light is off & im going to leave it off. I explained that she did not end to take an attitude with me, and that's how people can see weather or not she's open & since there's only one other register with a light everyone is waiting there. I could not believe the attitude this woman had with me! I definitely will be coming back to speak with the store manager. This rude woman is named MICHELE & she claims to be a manager!
