Like…read moreany other Dollar Tree, they have cards, some groceries, toothpaste, toothbrushes, candy, and seasonal decor amongst other items. Came here with my parents because we are having company New Years Eve, and needed some plastic bowls and items to store chips and other party items in. We also looked at the card section and they had plenty of christmas cards left! they had a small but great collection of plastic chip bowls and even in colors like pink and blue, and purple, as well as white. We also brought some gift bags that was leftover from christmas. Oh, and they already have Easter/Valentine's Items out, and it is not even New Years! Anyways, we also brought some mechanical pencils. After checking out some of the store, we went to a cashier, where we paid for our items. Cashier was pleasant. Store was clean and organized. I complained to the manager and he told me prices change too often and he had a hard time getting people to change prices on his merchandise. He gave me a gift card and I spoke to him multiple times about my dislike of shopping in a store with no prices on merchandise. Fast forward. He lands a job at this Big Lots. And guess what happens there now? Much of the merchandise is unpriced. No price on the shelf or the items. Drives me crazy. I picked up a half a dozen items from different departments yesterday to find no price! So, if you don't mind shopping that way go for it. It is another store that basically has everything from clothes, to snacks, to cleaning products, toileries and home items such as rugs, placemats, towels, and more! Store is very big, and my mom and I enjoyed looking through the aisles. Store was clean and organized, and we brought some items such as SOS, shampoo, and conditioner, some snacks, and more. Like some other stores around here, this store has more coastal beachy items. Lots of tropical pictures of beaches, and light blue lamps that are cute. This location seemed to have lots of couches than chairs, and no curio cabinets. We did find a possible match for a dinette, but found it cheaper on Ashley's website than the posted price that was on the table. Ashley's was our next stop, so we decided to go there. Oh, and side note: they have more things in the back of their store, which is like a warehouse, and boy it gets warm in there! Oh, and nobody really bothered us there, and one associate did ask if we needed help, but we were good. Ended up not buying anything again, but oh well. So many people may ask- what is Carolina Pottery-- I would call it a home store that has floral arrangements, pictures, outdoor furniture, wine, kitchen supplies, decor items, and plenty more! It is quite a big store and located at the Tanger outlets on 501. Because this is a mall, we found plenty of parking and parked. Walked in and within 5 minutes saw a canvas sunflower picture! I was excited because I've been looking for something like that, and never found it in any of the other furniture stores! So then I grabbed a wagon, and put it in the wagon. Oh, and they already had fall/halloween/christmas stuff out already. Why do retail stores rush this kind of stuff? Anyways store was clean and organized. What i also loved about this store is that they had plenty of selection of color items like if you need a red candle holder- guess what, they have it! Even their wall hangings are more colorful, and have colors that pop. My mom also found a blue whale and green turtle. The only thing about this store is that the prices can be expensive- like 60.00 for a fourth of july/american flag for the garden. When we were done, we went to the cashier. Cashier was pleasant, and we paid via credit card- 35.00 for the sunflower picture, and in total we spent 61.53. Oh, and i noticed at the register- there are pictures of people, and then the words Jailed with a smiley face. While it is good that they condemn stealing, and that definitely might deter from-- a responsible paying customer doesn't need to see that. Also while we were shopping, there was hardly anyone in the store, as far as customers. If one hasn't been there, highly suggest to check the store out, especially if you like items with color!
