I understand this protocol when you are coming out of the store but to walk into the store you need to be stopped at the door? Seriously? This is the stupidest rule I've ever witnessed in my life and it actually keeps customers away. And this visit I was only there for maybe five minutes to browse, but after that encounter, I didn't feel like shopping. And also, there wasn't much merchandise to look at in terms of clothing because racks were pretty bare. This might just be one of the worst Burlington stores I've ever been and it'll be my last time visit this location. All I can say is whoever decided that this was the best protocol has zero clue about running a retail store and customer service. If you're wanting to shop in this area, I highly recommend going Ross just one door down or the mall across the street. Burlington do better!
