From dummy grenades to manikin heads, it's here! Then, oh my goodness, wander out back in the "yard" and your jaw will drop five inches! The left half houses the furniture and is brightly lit so the difference is glaringly obvious, The aisles in the surplus area are narrow, with objects sticking out and blocking your path so you have to walk with a lot of care. The center aisles are so dark that you can barely see anything, and considering that most of the items are designed to have low visibility, it makes sense that not having the lights on make for a terrible if not dangerous shopping experience. There appears to be plenty of products but the reality is that the select is poor, its not stuff that most people would want, and it seems to be the derelict dregs leftover fro what other surplus stores across the country rejected. If you are shopping for camping or emergency supplies, this place is likely to let you down.

The employee was way in the back screaming to call police because the woman would not leave. The screaming and yelling continued as they made their way to the front. The lady with the dog said you should not treat me like this and the manager said she can and will. I have worked in retail for many years before becoming a teacher and this behavior was reprehensible. The manager was so abusive. I have shopped here for years but will never step foot in the store again. Shame on you!

I've shopped at this smiths for literally decades of my life and have had very few issues aside from the occasional item that is busted or expired, I haven't had an issue. I have Boost. I have my prescriptions here. I do pickups. I get my gas. I spend money here literally every week. and almost every week, Debbie is a pain in my ass. I just want to pick up my prescription, Debbie, why do you have to be absolutely so rude? I have never ONCE in my 20+ years of shopping here dealt with an employee as rude as DEBBIE in the Pharmacy. Today I called to see if I could get my prescription filled a little sooner since I had already had a $75 order to pick up that I put in at like 10pm last night at 1pm so I called and asked. The male pharmacist was sweet and told me that he'd do his best and it wasn't filled when I got there. It's fine, I was there already to pick up my groceries and I had three prescriptions ready so it's not like it's an entirely wasted trip. What *DID* upset me is that Debbie grunted "It didn't happen" when I asked her about it. I then watched her as she coughed directly onto her hand and then the vaccuming started for the canister. I asked if she coughed directly into her hand and then touched my pills and she said "no, I sent them already". I'm sorry, why is my Pharmacist coughing into her hands and then doing ANYTHING???? Although it's not it makes the store look dirty. I think it still worth the stop if you qualify to shop there.

The clothing racks are clean and organized as are the merchandise shelves. The selection of products spans a broad spectrum from casual and playful, to formal and upscale. Last September we were faced with an unexpected death of a young niece. I was faced with many challenges to overcome in a short span of time. I immediately went to my walk in closet looking for an appropriate suits and other dress clothing to wear during four days of greeting friends, neighbors and relatives who would be arriving from locations within Arizona, many other States and Countries. There would be Mortuary visitation, a Rosary, Funeral Mass, a Post Mass Luncheon, Private Family Internment at the Cemetery in 125 degree weather. I had lost over 100 lbs since moving to Albuquerque 4 Years earlier. Time to head to Nordstrom Rack with quit a long shopping list. I needed two suits, two sport coats, two pair of dress slacks, four pair of dress socks, two pair of shoes and two belts. I knew that I would be able to find everything with one stop shopping at a very wallet friendly budget. Two hours later we were back home with a heavy weight lifted off my shoulders. A very personable and attentive young lady approached me as I entered the Men's clothing department. She cheerfully offered, "Please allow me to set up one of our larger Men's dressing rooms for you. I will I'll also bring you a rolling rack to hang all of your clothing selections on so you can take everything with you in one trip. My name is Cheryl, should you need anything else don't hesitate to ask. If you don't readily see me please ask another associate to page me and I will be with you within two minutes." Upon arriving at the dressing there was a small table with bottled cold water, crackers and cheese and napkins. Within two days the store manager received a hand written letter stating what an example of true customer service had taken place in Nordstrom Rack from a Team Member who was a true Shining Star.

I dont worry because my vet will fax Costco and it will be fine. Sunday Nov 2nd I get a text that 1 rx is ready. I call to inquire about the other and they were waiting for approval from the vet. Monday vet faxes Costco at 8:30 am. Costco stills says their waiting on the vet at 2pm. Tuesday no news. Wednesday Costco says they are waiting on approval from the vet Thursday at the vet they tell me AGAIN they have faxed the Costco pharmacy yet the pharmacy says no fax. The vet calls in. The pharmacy tech ADMITS THEIR FAXES ARE NOT WORKING RIGHT. I ran out of medication yesterday. Thursday Nov 5th I call the pharmacy and they say they are waiting for Dr approval. I say THE VET JUST SPOKE TO YOU HALF AN HOUR AGO. AM I GOING TO GET THIS MEDICATION TODAY? Embarrassed I caught them in a lie, they said yes. 2 hours later I call Costco Pharmacy to inquire if the medicine is ready. The answer is we see the vet approved it and it's slated for delivery to us tomorrow. You can pick it up then. My reply ARE YOU EFFING KIDDING ME? I WAS TOLD I COULD HAVE IT TODAY. Well if you were told you can pick it up today then you can pick it up today. Was the answer. WHEN TODAY? Give us half an hour. 45 minutes later they were still printing the label. So tell me. Costco Pharmacy, would you frequent a place where a simple blood pressure medicine available to dogs and people, could not be filled FOR AN ENTIRE WEEK? Let me tell you, the whopping three dollars I save isn't worth the aggravation. And instacart delivery only works 50% of the time. CANT WAIT TO GO BACK TO WALGREENS WHERE THEY HAVE A DRIVE THRU.
