Naturally, I have questions about what I'm putting in my body and how it might affect me. The impatient pharmacist wouldn't even gave me his full attention. He and the staff made it clear that my questions and concerns were an inconvenience. That's unacceptable in any healthcare setting. Patients are already dealing with pain, stress, and serious concerns which lead us to take these medications in the first place-- our concerns shouldn't be met with dismissiveness and attitude when trying to understand our treatment. Taking 5 minutes to explain something with patience and respect should be basic standard. It's concerning that it isn't here. Thank God I live in California and don't have to deal with this sour, childish, immature, unprofessional bs again. When a family member mentioned possibly switching to this pharmacy, I told them not to bother -- there are far better options where communication, human care and decency are a given. Almost every time I would buy something and they always had what I wanted or needed in stock. There were usually some good sales which I would take full advantage of. All the spending helped my earn lots of ExtraBucks. I would usually see the same person when I would check out, an employee named Rebecca. Rebecca was very friendly and helpful. Sometimes while waiting in line, I would see the customer in front of me being rude to Rebecca and yet she always remained professional and would greet me with a smile and chat me up. She was relentless about the CVS CarePass and I eventually signed up. For a $48 dollar annual fee, I receive 20% all CVS generic items, a $10 monthly ExtraBuck reward and free delivery on prescriptions. I have already used all three. That $48 will save me at least triple that. I just wanted to leave a nice review about a nice employee.

Items were easy to find but I got weird vibes inside the store. Staff seemed on edge, I think they have unsavory clientele because they seemed very guarded with me. I came in to buy toothpaste ya'll, come on now... An entire entrance to the store is cornered off and many registers are not in use, this gave me even more of an eerie vibe. I'd like to see what this place is like during the day, at night it seems like a no-go. As for the good, this CVS has an amazing inventory of souvenirs, shirts, and drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. The location is clean and tidy, I was able to locate my items fairly quickly. Additionally, this location is pretty sizable. I had a lot of space to walk around and explore.

This CVS is immediately attached to the garage so I decided to ask the nice cashier for some guidance as to where this restaurant was because the GPS on my iPhone had me bypassing it! So basically we learned that if you're parking in the Cityscape garage to go to the Cityscape there's a secret path to the Cityscape minus signage! Once you park there's a shortcut you can take if you walk through the CVS to the other side, then bam you'll magically appear in the Cityscape! Oh how easy a few signs for guidance could make our lives a little less frustrating but thanks to nice cashiers we figured out how to get to the Cityscape!

We had trouble finding the entrance to this CVS and some woman on her walker jumped right in to direct us in a kind way! I got a nice vibe immediately. Staff were professional and on good terms with local customers. Some even stopped the line for a quick chat. The wait time was unfortunately affected, but at least there was quality service. I came in for a few Preparation H items and some postcards for friends. I found everything fairly quickly as the store was well-organized.
