I'd originally made my storage unit reservation online so I thought things would go smoothly. Of course there were a few mis-information but Geoffrey was so relatable that he made sure I didn't leave disappointed and dissatisfied with the quality of service. He gave me a discount for the inconvenience that the reservation line gave me. I quoted only a storage fee, insure (if I didn't have already) but I have my AAA coverage. Which I just have to add online within three days. Geoffrey asked me a slew of important questions regarding my storage contract. My monthly fee is $18 for a 5x5 unit there was an administration fee that I was disputing but he ended up offering me such a discount for the price. Geoffrey gave me a map to show me where my unit was and he met me there. I saw him with the blower as he was leaving my storage unit. That says a lot about a person. Even if it was clean before he opened the door. He still made sure I didn't run into any spiders or cobwebs. I would've offered 5 stars. However the storage unit side that I'm using A.C. is not working Geoffrey reassured me that it'll be working soon. I'll just have to wear my workout clothes whenever I'm going to my storage facility until he tells me it's working properly lol.

We went and looked at the different units and she was just great to converse with. We actually had a lot of fun with her just picking out a unit. Sign up was quick, she provided all the details and information up front, nothing hidden. We really appreciated Felicia and her help.

Nearly doubling the cost is not normal in any industry in such a short time period. I could understand a 5% or 10%. But 80% is ridiculous and a pure scam. This location is now even more expensive (+10% to +22%) than the other locations of the same company nearby. ExtraSpace Storage raised my unit price nearly $100 within 24hours because no one with authority was available to approve the "change of mind" it in time. The on-site manager was polite but admitted she has no power to override or adjust anything, and when I asked to speak with someone above her, she said there's no number she could provide. The "touchless entry" I'm paying for doesn't work, and the restrooms are often locked -- even during business hours. Premium prices, zero accountability.
