    Worst customer service/management of any rental location in 25 years of corporate travel... call…read morethem directly every day 5 times a day for 7 days and no one picks up. Head Customer service has no ability other than to send a urgent message and do that 2 times and no calls back. All escalation Nina tells me is did you file an online report. We are talking about missing life altering radioactive cancer medicine that's takes a week to 2 weeks to make now due to supply shortage. The one time I don't open the back door to check the floor board and instead just do a shoulder check. Murphy's Law! Only time supposedly they do anything extraordinary if your report there is a lost weapon in the car. Call Knoxville and Nashville locations they pick up no issue - those sites should be rewarded for their customer service!

With taxes I was expecting the final total to be around $500. I was asked to provide a $400 deposit upon arrival to pick up the car, because I was using a debit card. That was fine as I have always been reimbursed for the deposit from my experience with Enterprise. Upon returning the vehicle I was about 20 minutes late ( I stopped to get gas). When I dropped the car off I didn't speak with a person to spell out the charges, I was told to just drop off the keys (lunch time) I just received my final bill and was charged over $800!! They charged me a full additional day for being 20 minutes late, and took my entire deposit. I should've followed my instinct to ask to speak to someone about the charges instead of hoping I wouldn't get ripped off. Never again! Just because the cars here are cheaper doesn't mean your bill will be any smaller. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else!

I've been told I was on a list and they will call me to let me know something. I have never ever received a call back from Enterprise Chapman Rd. I continued to call and received an excuse for not getting a callback. So after one of my many calls I was informed that I could call any Enterprise to swap cars. So I called Lee Hwy, Fort Oglethorpe, and Hixson Pike and was told by the representative, "I will call you back". Til this day 4/23 NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK. So I take it that is just what they tell you just to get you off the phone. Surprisingly this morning I had. Voicemail from Enterprise Chapman Rd stating my contract had expired and they needed the vehicle back. I quickly returned the vehicle and the lady who called lied and said I tried calling you 5x yesterday and I told her to stop lying because I didn't have one missed call nor a voicemail. She stated I gave the wrong number on my contract and she had to call around to get the correct number and I left a voicemail for you. My question is Who did you call around to??? My contract was set up by Liberty Mutual so me giving the wrong number on my contract was another lie. And for her to say she called around to get my real number was another lie. I received the car on half tank and I'm mad I returned it above half but I'm going to wait and see if another lie be told. Enterprise communication skills are the worst once they get you in a car they don't care about anything else. Now I have 2 pending charges for $50 that will be disputed. Enterprise knows who I am because I'm posting my review on the day of this event when we exchanged words and I bet they still won't call me.

I would totally recommend this place and Esther personally! Will always use this place when I need a reliable rental car with outstanding customer service.

My family and I rented a car from National while taking our young children to visit their grandparents. The age appropriate car seats I reserved beforehand were not available upon arrival and we were forced to leave the airport parking garage with car seats that were entirely unsuitable for age and size. Management reached out to request feedback on our experience, when we shared what occurred, no response or acknowledgement was ever received from National. After we returned home the company then decides to hit us with claims we damaged the vehicle, total garbage and inaccurate claims. The management team to this date (5 months later) have never responded to my 3 emails about these damage claims. This service provided (or lack there of) is an absolute waste.     rented a car from National at the Sanford Intl Airport June 8, 2023. Inspected the car (body)…read moreprior to leaving the lot. Key fob didn't work when trying to access the trunk of the car so we released it manually from inside the car. Informed staff. Staff apologized and offered 1/2 of our taxes on the car would be refunded. We took the car any ways and decided we would use the key manually to unlock the car doors. (left airport 6:18p with car) Proceeded to local grocery store to purchase food items for our stay in FL and also bought a battery (4pk) for the key fob. New battery placed and still key fob didn't work. Proceeded to unlock car door and the key would not unlock the car and the cylinder (lock) on the car came out. Called National from grocery store parking lot. Explained our situation. Someone would be out within 60 min to assist us but we would need to bring the car back to the airport to exchange the car and National would be informed we will be returning car for an exchange. After waiting 20min, received a text someone would be out to assist us within 60 min. waiting another 20 min. Received another text someone would be out within 60 min. This happened 3 times. Called National again. Wanted an explanation why the time keeps resetting. After 2hrs waiting for assistants car was unlocked for us and now we have to drive back to airport. Arrived for the exchange and National had no idea we were returning the car. We had to explain everything AGAIN. Staff apologized. I asked if we would be compensated, staff stated they could only refund the other half of the taxes and we would have to speak to someone after returning the car. From the time we left the airport originally at 6:18p we finally made it to our destination at 11 pm. The night was extremely frustrating, the entire night was a complete loss. Returned car June 15, asked to speak with someone regarding our situation and we were told we would have to call. We called after flying home gave our situation AGAIN. Received call back same day. I believe his name was (Chris). we came to an agreement from Chris I would receive a check in the mail for 175.00 refund. Check arrived within the 7-10 days but ONLY for $100. I have been calling MULTIPLE times. Customer service tells me they will put in an escalation each time and someone should be calling me back. Called again yesterday 7/20 twice. Still NO CALL!! NATIONAL. word of advise. Make sure you are actually checking your cars over before renting them out and also when you say you will be compensating your customer, please stick to your WORD. We travel often and car rentals are always a necessity. Lesson learned for me is to check the Key fob to see if it actually works and will check keys to make sure they actually work. National, you will not be my first choice to rent from anymore in the future.
