Would give a 0 if possible. While inspecting our van mu husband noticed that the air valve had no cap on it. We drove to the beach and next morning that tire was flat. It took 2 darn days to get a van. They would not bring a tire to change. Nobody they towed it in and left us stranded. 10 calls to thei idiots at CS before someone understood English. Our phone number was entered wrong and the idiots didn't know how to put it in right. The 2nd day they sent a Uber to take my husband to Mobile to pu another van. He he had to drive back to Ft. Morgan on Labor Day. They texted the wrong number for the Uber to no avail. Imagine that!! This was a shit show for sure. They did take 2 days of rental off. Like that even was the tight thing to do. On Thursday, March 20, 2025, I had the worst experience I've ever had from a place of business and was treated with total disrespect. I booked a Premium SUV online and had a confirmation that my car was ready. When I arrived I was told that they did not have the vehicle and offered to UPGRADE me to a "smaller" SUV than what I had reserved. Then when I asked for my reservation to be canceled they mysteriously found the premium SUV I requested. I was told it needed to be cleaned up and that it would be 15-20 mins. I happily agreed to wait. 45 mins later nothing and with NO communication from anyone so I walked back over and they said they needed 15 more mins and I agreed to wait. After an hour of waiting they came to me and said, it's really dirty and it should only be 15 more mins. I asked, "are you sure?" I was told it would be ready. IT WASN'T! After I waited an hour and a half, which caused me to miss the funeral of a friend, I finally just left with NO rental. The young man that assisted me, Brendan McGee, was cordial and apologetic. He said his manager, from Enterprise, would contact me on that day...it's now 2 days later and NO ONE HAS CALLED! An hour and a half of waiting, being given the run around, no manager calling, and no car... I believe they have forgotten that they're not in the rental car business... Enterprise/National and whatever other entity they have they all take my money. I've been enterprise silver plus member. I rent frequently and not cheap, compact no offense, but I only rent premium vehicles from Nissan armada, premium pick up trucks, so very expensive. Getting over charged when returning my vehicle, to receiving cars with lights on like oil change, to rented to myself who needs maintenance, bad brakes and I could go on and on. I recently just returned a car back to Enterpris. The customer service rep asked a customer in front of myself how was service. He stated enterprise was great, but my car was filthy. He asked the asked was there anything he could to help. I get up front the rep asked me none of those questions. Why not? Cause I receive a dirty and filthy car. I'm going to need to find rental services with BETTER EVERYTHING. Last time I had a problem the rep stated cause I went the through National that's not much she do, but if I'm not mistaken they service all three entities: Enterprise, National,& Alamo. Enterprise 0/10 would not recommend and looking for a car provider. I keep my new car update I only rent not to add miles to my car. Had a rough morning and the on a routine oil change at Economy Honda, learned I had transmission problems. Fast forward to Enterprise. They were busy but kind - even though many of the customers were not (people!!! Be nice!!!) The guy who cleans the cars is super nice!!! I was involved in car accident and needed a rental. got the run around. one employee was trying to do her job..tuned my reservation over to regional mgr. about noonish. he/she was to call me back TODAY. it is now 6:15 p.m. I did not get a call. called local number and was told she could not help me and to continue calling; but now they are closed. so now I am stranded w/o a car and I have a dr. appt tomarrow morning. out of 4 staff I talked to, only one made any effort at all to help me. read more

My insurance, USAA connected me with Enterprise and ever since that connection, they have been my to go rental car company. The rates are very affordable and they are willing to work with you. The fact that they come to pick you up, drop you off is excellent. Their vehicles are clean. The staffs are friendly. From my experiences, the environment has always been relaxed. I've rented from this location on numerous occasions and every time the experience was positive. The staff is professional, fun, and polite. The car selection has been sufficient, and when I needed to be dropped off at my home it was convenient and the driver was friendly. The rates are competitive and the location is good. Weekends are tough as that's when there have been a lot of people, usually Sunday afternoon can be crazy. However, the staff is always cool, calm, and collected. read more

I want to say I normally get great service at Enterprise but this last time I went to pick up my rental the gentleman never looked at my face or made eye contact and had me sign for the car before I ever even looked at it or he went and got it. When he went to get it never went over the car the mileage if I wanted insurance just rushed me out the door. The car was not clean I had to go wash the back windshield to see out of it before I went on my trip I opened the gas cover to put gas in the car and it was black from being dirty, When I took back car the gentleman never had closed out my rental when I picked it up because of such a hurry didn't even have my credit card and he said he never closed out the transaction. I told him I never even received an email on renting the car if I had gotten pulled over or in a wreck I would have no proof of renting the car. I was very disappointed and shocked due to I never have had this bad of service with Enterprise. I also rented at Thanksgiving and the service was wonderful then but this time very disappointing. I expect so much better and professional service for Enterprise because I have always gotten it. This was a disappointing time in Chattanooga Lee Hwy December 11 facility. Update: I'm definitely using this location again. I will probably update this review soon as I will be using this company again tomorrow. Will start off with the bad. They do come pick you up and the initial pick up did not happen on time. I'm OK with this they made an error and they actually called me back within 20 minutes and said are you coming to pick up the car. I said no I actually called in one hour before to make sure that you were going to pick me up, (you're supposed to do that,) and they said everything's good on our way ASAP. When they did come pick me up the old gentleman that drove me to the rental location was a fantastically nice and well spoken person. HE obeyed the traffic laws and made me feel safe and like a valued customer. I reported this and the staff said he was a 27 year worker with them.When I started my rental process I was told just one minute, one minute later they were very helpful. They asked me if I had a problem with renting a truck, I didn't want to because I purchased a compact car, but I knew there was bad weather in the forecast so I mediately said that would actually be cool ( typically an upgrade). I got my rental and it was clean, a bit heavy on the interior fragrance, but everything was fine. I also noticed they maintain their cars. The maintenance sticker on the windshield was very detailed and that was nice because I have used other companies like Budget and it seems like they just don't maintain their cars. This truck wasn't perfectly clean on the outside but it had rained for weeks, the inside was beautifully clean. Again it was very heavy on the interior fragrance, but I was OK with that. When I returned the car they immediately said well since you're so close( they pick you up/drop you off within 10 miles)I'll just take you back right now in the truck. I was literally able to take a break from my walk, deliver my rental, and get back to work from my house within 45 minutes. I'm happy. read more

This location provided rental car allowed by our auto insurance. At time of pickup at collision center that was repairing our vehicle, the enterprise associate provided a vehicle for my wife to drive. At no time was wife told that she would have to pay any additional charges. Several days later she received a call stating that she would have to pay for upgrade. She told them that she never requested any upgrade, in fact the vehicle provided was the only one offered. Then she was told then it was extra tax charges. When she tried to explain that she was never told of these things and never requested any upgrade, she was told that charges had already been applied, and yep, next day Enterprise applied a charge to our debit card. When my wife called again to inquire, the manager on duty wasn't interested in understanding or waiving charges that should had never been applied, or investigating my wife's explanation on lack of notification of any additional charges at time of rental pickup. Very poor customer service! Wife should not have been treated this way, nor any customer just because they are an insurance rental. read more

We will never use this location again. EVER. EVER. EVER. After Booking, Confirming the week before, AND ON the actual morning of the car Rsvp our car was Given away!!! I called that morning and spoke to Shane regarding a pick up for my Husband (because I wasn't sure I'd make it home & get us there BEFORE they closed at 6pm) He said "Oh yes, Mrs Ramsey just have your husband call 45 minutes before..YADDA YADDA YADDA.... My husband calls, around 4:30, Only to be told THE CAR WAS GIVEN AWAY, because he wasn't there at 2!!! ??????? I called, spoke to a very nice young lady, Lauren?, I Explained everything. She told me that during holidays there is a rsvp time for pick up..... Soooo, What part of the conversation was it misunderstood ???? At ANY Damn time Shane could've said "oh, I have you for 2pm" & I would've said "NOOO, Shane, we're working, Hence the pickup when my husband Gets OFF from work." Although the young lady was polite ( and I was calm but Firm regarding my complaint , not yelling mind you), there was NO offer to speak to Management Or offer to call another location for a vehicle, only "sorry's". Not to mention this is the Second time they've screwed up. Last year after confirming a rsvp TWICE, we show up on the day, and they DIDN'T even have us booking a car rental!! It's Wrong. It seems the only way to have something taken care of you when you call to complain on a valid issue is to rant & rave till something is done to resolve the mistake. I won't do that. I've been on the receiving end of it and I wouldn't do that to anyone. HOWEVER, I feel it should've been handled, by them, in a totally different matter to help the customer, who was NOT wrong. read more

She said I need a local Chattanooga bill to rent a car, I said I will return it at home and pay the $40 transfer fee . I have a million dollar corporate account and my store manager and then the area manager for Nashville, both called asking to agree to the contract terms from corporate. She refused. read more
