I purchased 2 throws on sale yesterday, washed them and they came out of the dryer with so much fuzz and lint on them. I've never experienced this with a throw before. I tried to return them with my receipt and the price tags today and they refused to take them back. They said they couldn't take items back after they had been washed. I was so shocked!! I tried to state my case but they said that they don't make the rules. I am so disappointed.

The next night we went back and bought something for everyone on our lists. All the employees were amazing, Christina helped me find all the things I was looking for. Some of us had a lot of fun at the quarter machines. Even though I spent a bunch of money, I am super happy with all the things I bought. And all the things I brought as gifts for my folks, they love it. So the next time I am in PCB, I will come by here.

The store did offer beach items (towels/toys/etc) but once you got past that, it was dark and messy. For all its bragging that it is lower priced, I did not find that to be true. They 1 pound of coffee was more than I usually spend & if I could have gotten shipment from Amazon to my beach house accommodations, I would have done that. There was a line to checkout (single cashier), but she was very nice (bump up the rating a star for her service).

I saw two pair of shoes that I wanted to purchase but since they couldn't be bother to grace me with customer service I didn't bother to spend my money there. Horrible, they all need a course in customer service. This happened at the Panama City FL store off the East end of 23rd St that's next door to Ulta.

Just a positive neighborhood alert!…read more * It was very crowded but as always the entire store moves very efficiently, as they're one of the VERY FEW stores that actually hires enough employees to help customers. * Their kale salad is absolutely delicious at $3.75. I know what you're thinking... ew, kale. As a kale non-lover myself, the salad isn't overwhelmed by kale & also contains plenty of cheese tortellini (about 1/3 of the salad), pieces of parmesan as well as shredded & sun dried tomatoes. It has a lovely, tasty, slightly lemony dressing already on it (not tart, with a slight sweetness) & since kale isn't a fragile leaf like lettuces, it's never wilted. Bonus is since kale is so dense & filling, there's enough for 2 people or meals. * But, I mostly updated the review to tell people that they are currently offering membership for $15 for the YEAR for a basic membership or $50 for the YEAR for a plus membership. I do not know if this special is store specific or across all Sam's stores & I neglected to ask about an expiration on the deal so I'd move on it or call your local outlet, if interested. Mainly what I see of plus benefits is you can shop 1-hr earlier than anyone else, from 8-9am 7-days/wk & a you get 2-3% cashback up to $750/yr on varying purchases rather than 1% basic members receive. I know those who have plus only cuz they want to shop at 8am to get in & out like a cat burglar. You also can take advantage of free delivery, curb p/u & shipping, if that matters to you & there are also some discounts at tire & battery & pharmacy beyond what basic members receive. Solid 5* out of 5. I like this store.

Very disappointing first experience at the Panama City Beach Sam's Club…read more My wife and I went to Membership Services because I had left my phone at home, and she did not have access to my membership on her phone. When we approached the desk, Yanique was scrolling on her personal phone with a pink case. She did not acknowledge us for more than 10 seconds, and I eventually had to say hello just to get her attention. When I explained that I needed a physical membership card, she immediately gave us a hard time and said they do not like issuing physical cards anymore. She then claimed the machine was broken and essentially told us we were out of luck. When I calmly asked what other options we had because we could not shop without accessing our paid membership, she told me to "calm down." It was not until another employee clocked in beside her that Yanique finally moved to another computer. Our card was printed and ready within two minutes, proving that there had been a simple solution the entire time. Throughout the interaction, she was rude, dismissive, and acted as though helping us was an inconvenience. My wife and I recently moved here from Tampa, and nearly everyone we have encountered in Panama City Beach has been friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, this was our first visit to this Sam's Club, and the person working at Membership Services could not even greet us or make a reasonable effort to help. As paying members, we expected much better customer service
