He has even said that he can special order stuff for me if I ask him to. Buying the meat that they package there is also the best option as you know that it is fresh and weighed correctly.

Throughout the store, the organization and display of product is neat and tidy. When you get back to the meat section, you will find a great selection of quality meats. Like any small town grocer, the prices aren't always going to be where you'd like them, but supporting the small business helps keep costs down. There's no reason to not shop at this place if you live in the area. It is very apparent that Glenn and his family take good care of the place. And, they even insist on taking your groceries to your car for you!

Staff that ignores you or won't move out of the way to let you pass, too few cashiers, etc. One day this summer, I was overcharged for an item (it was priced incorrectly in their system, different than the in-store advertised price) so went to the Customer service desk to let them know and the woman there huffed like I was being a real inconvenience! I wasn't asking for a refund, just wanted to kindly let them know, but she seemed genuinely annoyed by me. My husband and I laugh about it and draw straws to see who has to go when we find ourselves needing something.
