My dining room table was severely damaged. I was given incorrect information about the packing process, which resulted in substantial and unexpected fees. An Apple TV device was misplaced by the moving team and has not been recovered. The movers chipped my TV and Peloton screens. Additionally, the head of the moving crew repeatedly pressured me for excessive tips, creating an uncomfortable and inappropriate environment. I was referred to Alpha Moving by my realtor, and I have already advised her to stop recommending them to clients. Based on this experience, I would not use Alpha Moving again under any circumstances.
