Lately, the dollar tree has diversified in what they are offering like over the counter medications and driving CVS out of business in some areas. My visit was a quick stop to pick up foil paper this time around. I was lucky and late at night with the store a few minutes away from closing. There was no one at the store and my visit was one off the quickest shopping experiences I have ever had. I just took a star out because the items in the store overwhelm me and the checkout process is usually slower. There are not a lot of employees working the register.

First off, I don't know if this is a recent development but I had to be let in by a security guard. Obviously this is a loss prevention measure but it is kind of surprising. As I'm shopping, I see three associates. It's my day off so I'm not as dressed to impress as I am at work; I'm in leggings, an oversized sweater, and boots. Everything is clean and in good condition, and everything is seasonal. One of the associates approaches me and asks if she can help me with a sneer on her lip while looking me up and down. No one else greeted me. I purchased the shirt only because I needed it the next day but almost wish I hadn't. Save your money for people who at least pretend to appreciate it.

I spend at least 2x more when I go there vs another local grocery store. I do think they have great, often locally sourced produce and some great bakery and deli items .... meats usually pretty good too ... but more competitive pricing would be a great idea. However - the take out food area is awesome! So economically friendly and delicious. Our favorites are their party pizzas and 30" subs for parties - chicken bacon ranch pizza is amazing! I recently got their chicken tenders sub and it was outstanding. So much bang for your buck there ... I wish the grocery store itself would follow suit. Happy that they now have self check out at this location .... but wish you could type in your phone number when you don't have your big y card like most other stores with this feature allow.

For the past 4+ years this is my go to grocery store. I think I should count as a very loyal and…read morevaluable costumer; four years ago I was spending around $1500 per month here and in this recent half year, due to inflation, I spend around $2000 per month. Unfortunately, one employee does not treat me with respect (although several others are great). A thin older woman sometimes supervises the self-checkout. I've never found her to be nice, but that isn't the issue. The problem is that in the recent 6 months, she has multiple times asked me questions like she suspects me of shoplifting. It started when one time she saw me buying heirloom tomatoes (which have different colors like red and orangish yellow). She asked me if I put different produce in the same bag; I guess as if I was trying to purchase oranges at a tomatoe's price? I told her no. She said okay, but she clearly didn't believe it. FYI these tomatoes are one of the most expensive they carry, at around $4.5/lb. It wouldn't even make sense to mix them with other produce like oranges. One month later, she saw me buy the same heirloom tomatoes again. She came to me, asked me the same question again, and commented something like "I have never seen orange colored tomatoes." This time, I explained to her, that they are heirloom tomatoes and come with different colors. Recently, I bought two bags of green grapes (same brand) and weighed them together. She came over and asked me if I weighed both of them, since she only saw one itemized green grape. The implication being that I tried to sneak/steal one bag. This is beyond ridiculous. I can't take it any more. I am so done with this store and will never go back again. I do want to mention that the woman Alex who works at the fish stand has been very nice to me and very helpful. She is the reason I put up with the checkout woman for a few more months. However, I cannot take it any more.

Had reached out to one company, Pieroways, who never got back to me. My son recommended Mattressfirm due to his good experience. I did an online chat and had callbacks from the person I was dealing with as well as Bill (works in Windsor store). I was extremely impressed with Bill. I wanted an extra firm queenside adjustable. After feeling everyone on the floor, I found the one that was right for me. I had questions on the adjustable frames that they carried, he explained fully the good and the bad about each one. Also, asked him what one he would choose for himself (I went with that recommendation). He gave me great discounts as well as a free cover for the bed. I was extremely impressed with Bill--honest, no hard sell, knowledgeable, and personable. Highly recommend.

We were also looking around because we had heard there were puppies in the building. At first, a male employee came over and was very nice and helpful. He spoke with us briefly and then left. Shortly afterward, another employee approached us and began talking about the prices. As the conversation continued, her tone became increasingly aggressive and uncomfortable. She told us that if our price range was closer to $200, we should get off the bed. We remained sitting for a moment while asking her if she knew whether the puppies were in that building. Instead of simply answering the question or asking us to leave politely, she became extremely aggressive, leaned toward us, and told us that she did not care about puppies and that we needed to get off her beds and leave. I completely understand that employees need to make sure customers are respectful of the merchandise, and I would have had no problem leaving if we had simply been asked politely. However, the attitude and way we were spoken to were completely unnecessary and made the entire interaction very uncomfortable.
