I've been using Walmart's pickup service for several years. Aside from some recent issues since…read morethey moved the pickup from one end of the store to the other, I've been very pleased. This morning the gentleman who brought out my order was especially thoughtful, upbeat, and pleasant. Quon handed me my bread separately, so it wouldn't get smashed and was so positive. He was definitely a bright spot on a VERY cold morning.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER…read more.................................................... Was in line this afternoon. They had a register open along side the customer service line. The line had THREE other people behind me waiting patiently for the next available cashier when this woman pulls up in one of those riding buggies and crashes into my buggy ... cutting in front of not only me but every other customer behind me. I got the manager.. explained what happened and got the Nod from EVERYONE standing there thar i was correct. To which the manager exclaimed it was not her job to " correct " customers bad behavior.. and there was nothing she WOULD do. I left my groceries and went to Walmart. You try to support " the local " folks to help the local/ regional economy . I will NEVER by another item from any IGA store.. regardless of what town I'm in. The manager I spoke with went on to tell me how bad of a day she had ...that I knew nothing about what working with the public was a like ( that was the kicker.. I started working in my family business when I was 13 and have worked with the public every job since .thats 36 years ) that she had been out sick two days and she couldn't help how people behaved on HER store. I called for the are manager which she quickly replied " sir I am not required to give you that information) but did offer to give me the number to their warehouse if I wanted call them.

I stopped by here to fill up and use the restroom on Masters Sunday morning, April 12, 2026. I used Pump #6 of 16 and paid $4.649 per gallon for premium. Gas prices have been up because of the Iran war. The men's room was clean. The convenience store has a Chester's Chicken and Subway attached. There's also a Waffle House next door, which my friend and I stopped at on our way back to Atlanta in the evening.

I went by yesterday this location Sunday eve to get some pet treats which they didn't have in…read morestock. I seen bins on the side walk there was a sign 50% off there was a young lady employee sitting right there in a white suv with door open she said those are $9.50 .I thought she was a customer telling me the regular price but the sign said 50% off I went entered the store with the three bins.There was a huge line to the back of the store with customers with huge plastic duffle bags sitting in the floor with a lot of penny products ! I've never seen a store have such a huge product mark down of products. It's nasty every time I go in there. They are out of a lot of products the shelves are never stocked products all over the store. It likely out because there was so much partially being given away. I tripped over a boom and dust pan someone left laying in the front of the store there was barely any room because they also had a dolly sitting there in front of the registers. I didn't want to go to this location because I knew it was nasty and likely to not have my pet treats but my daughter pulled in at their location in a hurry to get home. It was near where we were. I was told you don't have to wait you can go to the front of the line. There was only one register open a young man was running the register . The person who got 1000 plus items for $14.01 I was ringed up ten mins after. The bins rung up for reg price. I told him they are 50% off he had to wait for a manger who was apparently was the lady sitting in her car by the front door who told the bins price. She came in and went to the back of the store she couldn't be located for over 10 minutes . She finally came up front with all these people literally camped out all over the store. She came up front and looked at me and said what's the issue I said they rung up full price she said I told you outside the price $9.50 I said I don't want them. There's a sign on the side walk that says bins 50% off. These were red Christmas bins. I'm surprised this location is even still open.It smells like weed inside and outside every time I go there. I will not return to this location again

It's a pretty decent dollar store..... Except every time…read more (And I do mean every time) I go there the manager is sitting on the curb smoking a cigarette, looking at her phone.... The rest of her crew are stocking shelves and waiting on customers. Would be nice to see her actually working one of these days.
