There are vendors, stores, nail salon, eye exams, food court and of course the PX. This place has a MAC store inside! That is pretty awesome so you won't have to drive far to go to a MAC store. You can also pick up or fill your prescriptions here with Darnell. Pretty convenient! I have tried Sarka and the Chinese food here in the food court. It was decent. You must have a valid military id in order to make purchases at the PX. The parking lot is spacious and this place is always busy when I stop in on the weekends. They have events here from time to time. Book signing events to meet and greets.

YELP 100 CHALLENGE 2017 - PART 3: 75/100…read more Much better than the last PX (previously located across the street.) Practically a mall, they now have a wide (and better) variety of eateries as well as well-known specialty shops (Game Stop, Starbucks, MAC.) But I didn't come in for their food court or these shops. I came in here to find a bargain at the main store. And like the many previous visits (even if it was at that previous location) it didn't fail. Found tons of clothing and shoes and bags at super marked down prices. I felt like I made out like a bandit! I also noticed they carry much much more brand names than they did before, and with their items being tax free, you can't go wrong. And FYI: they do price matching! Good thing I'm always on a time limit with every visit. It'll surely put my budget in serious danger!

On December 5, 2022 I went back to the store in Killeen Mall to exchange the boot. I didn't want any money back just an exchange. I was told once the item leave the store they can't take it back because it can't be put back out for purchase.. Meanwhile there was another customer there who purchased a purse and the purse wouldn't open she was told the same thing.. I wouldn't recommend purchasing anything from this company. They sell defective products and refuse to make things right.. Even though there was a lot of traffic at the Ross I worked at, and I worked at night, for the most part, in the day time, the Ross I worked at was well put together and wasn't as messy as this one. Granted, there wasn't much on the racks for clothes and such, it was still a huge mess. Especially, the clearance sections and the home good isles. I noticed it didn't seem like they had a lot of workers out in the day time neither hence why it was probably messy as well but either way. More workers started showing up once the line got super long, they had everyone "man," the registers. Again, I've been told that business' in this area isn't always the best due to the area being impoverished. I guess, that could be the case and I find that a little infuriating because I feel that it's very stereotypical. The lines are long and the service isn't always the greatest but it's retail and for me, that's expected (a wait, sometimes bad service). I have experienced better but maybe I was here on a bad day. Definitely, going to try again. I will say, the DD's right next to this Ross is really nice. Maybe they just need more workers at the Ross?
