We visited to trade in a iPhone for a basic flip phone for my mom who is a senior. Each store carries very limited stock of flip phones. Elmer was very kind. He greeted us and offered help after waiting for 20 minutes on a busy Saturday. He helped us understand pricing and the store manager helped provide appropriate recommendations. We activated the new phone and were out in less than an hour. Thank you to the team.

Not only did she have a poor attitude she wasted several minutes of my time holding my receipt so close to her face it was if she was blind, despite the glasses on her face.
