This one just had its Grand Opening. Atmosphere- A giant parking lot that was really easy to maneuver in. The store was enormous for a DG. Aisle after aisle after aisle of beautifully merchandised products. An incredible number of cooler doors. I've been to plenty of DGs that are much smaller and cluttered. We'll see what happens once the newness wears off! Customer Service- No problems whatsoever! I believe I was dealing with the manager, and she was very nice. Two other DGs are closer to me but I may patronize this one as it is so much bigger, cleaner, and beautifully merchandised!

Unfortunately we did arrive later in the evening so there wasn't much of a selection left to choose from. The value of the items were good got some black crocs. Went to checkout and the cashier was complaining how she dislikes kids and back to school since so many kids are coming in. I just stare at her while I have both of my kids with me personally I feel like she definitely shouldn't be telling her customers that even though my kids are older doesn't mean they didn't use to be a handful when they were toddlers.

In fact the entire staff worked together. Our only suggestions, having nothing to do with your sales staff, are these. 1. Update or correct your pos program. There seems to be a breakdown as various points of your computer system do not communicate well with each other. Adam was shut down with a locked program that clearly was not due his cause, as other staff had repeated problems with the same issue. Multiple calls took him from the sales floor and added delay to our sales process as we were all at the mercy of what seemed to be an IT support system (by phone) that was not qualified to fix the problem. 2. Offer a means to respond directly to the phone message confirming delivery time. As we wouldn't be home, and our address was misunderstood we had to wait to respond directly to the store during next day hours.
