This store needs to work on customer service and caring about their cashiers. Went through self checkout and the cashier was overwhelmed with the amount of customers that were there. She told me she needed help from a team lead and no was responding to her for over an hour. I don't stop into this Walmart unless it's absolutely necessary. I've been getting groceries delivered from Walmart for two years. In the last few months, I've had just as many wrong items delivered or missing items than in the previous months. Today I received someone else's order. The only things I could possibly use are the TP and trash bags. Really! I'll have to shop elsewhere from now on. read more

I hate to say it but this stores management really is lacking. This store is always dirty. It is never organized shelfs all miss matched stuff just trown all over. Employees are alway just rude to customers. Middle management is terrible too. In there last week and a department manager a woman don't know her name had this little girl working there in tears yelling at her right in the middle of the store in front of all the customers and everybody. Rotten produce just bought tomatoes there didn't notice but when I got them home one in the middle was rotted through. It's not walmart in general because you can go five miles down 27 to Avon Park walmart and it's emaculant. The staff is great the store looks great. It's clean and organized. What can I say ? . . . It's somewhat disheveled, a bit ratty looking BUT they have just about everything you could need and the prices are pretty reasonable. Not my first choice but when I need something quickly, it's an easy and reasonable place to shop. read more

This store is the filthiest, trashiest looking store I have ever been in. I am elderly, so that has been a long time. Unlike the nice people that shop in Publix, some of the people that shop in this store are rude, inconsiderate and absolutely horrible. Unlike, Publix Walmart does not have enough handicap carts for their customers. I had no choice but to go in the store this time, because I needed a couple of nonperishable items that I thought I could only get at Walmart. When I got home, I looked on Amazon and I found out I could get those items from Amazon for the exact same price. All the other items I bought today I could get at either Aldi or Publix. Aldi is also a clean store. It is such a relief to know I never have to go in that Walmart again. read more

The customer service here is terrible! I asked a question in the garden center and "Sue" didn't know the answer. I asked if she had someone else who could help me and she said "the managers not here. " she said "I just work the door I don't know what they do in other departments". She never tried to get me some help. I wanted to buy a big fancy flower pot. but there were 3 of them stuck together and I couldn't separate them. She failed horribly! This is the third time I've had trouble with them in this garden center! And, this past Friday when I was here, I waited in the grocery pick up area for 35 minutes! Service was terrible, trying to get a basketball hoop and they turned off the assistance button twice. Waited for 10mins and just left.

This is a fine Walmart with the usual grocery section, tire & lube, electronics, clothing, toys and whatnot. I needed two things, I was able to find them easily and pay for them quickly. I have no complaints, this Walmart is A-OK. read more

I'm a costumer for years. Recently I stop buying meats , fresh meat or frozen meat. I don't know what's going on but meat that looks fresh when I opened them ( the same day ) the smell is no good, to the point that gives you nausea. It happened with pork chops ,then with chicken them with pork chops again , this time I saved the receipt and they accepted my return and last week happened with frozen chicken, this last one without bad smell, so I cooked them. Some pieces were fine and others were hard like leather. So please someone from Walmart verify what's going on whit the frizzers , workers, work area or the meat suppliers. 2 stars because I'm still a costumer of course... no more meat. read more

This is the filthiest WalMart I have ever been in. The conveyor belts at the checkouts are always dirty. With covid skyrocketing they need to clean between customers! The bathrooms are frequently filthy, not cleaned enough. Try to avoid at all costs. Very poor customer service with rude employees. Overall this is not an acceptable WalMart. Nothing Like calling and getting hung up on 14 times in a row. Then when I did get through to a pissy attendant who barked at me when i simply asked for Automotive Dept who said "please hold" 5 mins later came back on phone and asked why i was holding. She got upset when i asked "Is there was an adult i can speak with?" and hung up. Cmon kids lets get it together a lil. After driving 10 miles ( one way ), navigating the war zone of a parking lot ( forget even trying to get a handicapped space )... My husband went in to purchase just a turkey roll and some potatoes ( with what little $$ we have, on disability ), only to find the entire grocery section taped off and be told that he could not purchase any groceries ( along with some other customers)! My adult son had actually called ahead to see if they were even open, closing the grocery section was not mentioned at all! Apparently "big ticket sales/TVs" are given priority over a senior disabled gentleman wanting to purchase few items for he and his wife to have a small Thanksgiving dinner, ON THANKSGIVING!! After arriving home and calling just to check, Avon Park Walmart was NOT doing this! What a disservice to your local regular customers!! Disgraceful!! read more

The Sebring Store is aweful. I use the curbside delivery because I am disabled. I can't walk. Curbside is great. The problem is they are out of stock on at least 20% of the groceries that I need. I can't wait till next week. If they ever get the item in again, it will be 4 to 6 weeks or more before it makes it to a shelf. For the nations largest grocery, I can't understand how they stay so big with the worest service in town. The Avon Park store is a little better but it is another 20 moles round trip to get there and the traffic through the road construction is un-bearable. Bob D Sebring FL read more

Ordered curbside pick up for $100 worth of golfing supplies employee was too lazy to shop the order so marked everything out of stock when only one item was out of stock. When I order especially stuff within 10 feet of each other I expect not to have to go in and do their job for them. read more

This place is ridiculous! You wait in line at the deli for 20 minutes while 1 person helps the 15 people waiting in line and the 5 other employees hide in the back room! Then the 1 person working decides it's time to sharpen the blades on the meat cutter and now 20 minutes has turned into 45 and there's still 3 people in front of me! The employees are the rudest and most uninformed of any I have seen in my life! In just one visit I've almost been run over by an employee pulling a cart three times! I understand the employees aren't highly paid here, I worked here at one time myself, but customer service just does not exist in this place! I only come here because it's convenient, but I avoid it as often as I can! read more

I am officially done with Walmart. My daughter went into the store to purchase almost $150 in items. A box of tooth paste fell down into the car and got covered by bags. She didn't see it. She was stopped by security and questioned. It was clearly an accident. She was released without any issue. We are now getting phone calls from some law office in Orlando demanding $475 for damages. Is Walmart so greedy that they have to charge customers some unreasonable amount for what was clearly an oversight? I am appalled and will shop elsewhere. We are only 45 minutes from the Walmart that KILLED a shoplifter over a $30 game. I encourage you to rethink where you shop. Cheaper is not always better. read more

RUN!! If you could rate 0 stars this would be the place. If you don't mind parking 1/2 mile away,having to deal with unknowledgeable employees and low life patrons then this is the place for you. I'm in a dispute with them now. Bought a compute desk from them and it arrived with no hardware to assemble it. I called and they told me to contact the distributor (In Hong Kong!) I told them I did not pay the distributor for the desk,I paid them. They hung up on me so I had my CC charge them back, now I'm waiting to hear from them---maybe. read more

This Walmart is getting worse and worse! Half the time I go (which seems to be several times during the week), they're out of a couple of things I go for, or they don't carry it at all. The last item that makes me so mad is a photo canvas I ordered online way back on Jan 22. It was suppose to be ready in four hours; they email to say it's ready. They emailed me, I went, it wasn't ready. The machine was out of paper. For two weeks I called or stopped by, and still no photo. I spoke with the manager of the photo department a few times and was finally told that the paper was in and she would get it done that day. When I went that night, it still wasn't there. I have been trying to call again for the last 30 minutes---always a busy signal. I asked for a refund one night that I was there, and she said that she couldn't do it in the photo department, I would have to go stand in the regular return line. Since I ordered it online, I am guessing that another nightmare is waiting for me at the return desk. We tried to get a refund on the online site, but it wouldn't work either. Needless to say, if I ever get my photo or my 30 bucks back, I shall never do this again. Hello Walgreens! read more
