Yesterday I shopped at the store located on Garrisonville Road in Stafford, Virginia. I walked in and immediately saw a sign on Pepsi 12 packs 2 for $2.50. I inquired to an associate if there was a limit he came over and stated no there was no limit. When I reached the register, the 8 packs of Pepsi products I purchased did not ring up that price instead they rang up $4.75. The young man ringing me up went to get another associate who came up and told me that the sale did not begin until today August 6, 2017. So I had to void my entire transaction. I returned today and walked in and the sign was missing. I went to the register and asked for the manager. I spoke with Huang who looked at the circular and told me they were not that price. I pointed out the gentleman I spoke to yesterday and he came up and said not only was the sign hung up yesterday and not valid until today, but that it was placed on the wrong product. The manager started raising his voice at me telling me everyone makes mistakes and he would not even let me talk. Huang was so rude and unprofessional I could not believe in front of a whole store full of customers he acted like this. I am appalled at his behavior as I shop here often and he did this in front of my son and husband as well. I do not work there nor do I get paid to do the job they are supposed to do. It seems as if they are making too many mistakes and the fact that because he has the title of manager does not give him the right to speak to a customer that way. I ended walking out, and I plan on letting all other online forums not to shop at this location again. This is very saddening to me as I shop here multiple times a week for local residents. Please train your employees in working with the customers instead of yelling and putting on a show. read more
