First let me say that shopping for a rug is a grueling, somewhat uncomfortable task to begin…read morewith... and there are a lot of rugs stores out there. Without going any more into that... I heard about Rug Mart from an acquaintance when I asked her where she purchased a beautiful rug in her home. So we decided to check them out when we were shopping for a new rug for our living room. Rug Mart Houston has an incredible selection of rugs, on site, ready for you to see and available immediately for purchase. Considering we were searching for an oversized rug (12x15), being able to see the rug - full size - and not in a very small sample size, on-site availability was very important to us. Latif, the owner, listened to us describe what we were interested in and even asked to see photos of our room (which we happened to have), as well as paid close attention to the rugs we liked as we were looking through the vast selection, and he helped us quickly narrow it down to a couple of favorites. Latif was very polite, professional, and followed up with us in an appropriate time frame (he was not pushy at all). He has a HUGE selection of every type of style of rug one could be looking for and in many price ranges. Bottom line, we would buy from Latif again. We could not be happier with our rug purchase - the large rug and the runner to coordinate with it - look fantastic.

BEWARE BUYERS JASON WADE IS A LIAR AND A CHEAT :…read more Our experience with Jason Wade at Budget Blinds has caused stress, financial impact, delays, and emotional hardship for my family. He yelled, made excuses, lied about what was included, blamed others for his errors, and even used profanity on speakerphone in front of my family. We discovered missing blinds only when the installer showed up -- something Jason never communicated. Then he denied responsibility and tried to shift blame. I am disabled, dealing with significant stress already -- and Jason's aggressive behavior and refusal to take accountability made the situation worse. I have worked with multiple contractors during our home renovations -- Jason Wade is the only one who treated us with disrespect, dishonesty, and negligence. We will never recommend him and strongly advise customers to avoid hiring Jason Wade.
