The movers arrived on time but that is the only positive about the move. Towards the end of loading the truck, the leader told me they would not be able to get everything on the truck. I asked if they were going to make a second load? He said no, I would have to call and schedule another day. I told him that today was my day to move and there was not another day. After they unloaded what they could get on the truck, they left. My son and I worked from 4 pm until 10:30 pm that night moving the rest of my furniture. The movers scratched hardwood floors, and the home I was moving from and the home in which I moved to. the movers damaged several pieces of expensive furniture. During the move, I questioned why they were not wrapping plastic wrap around the furniture to protect it and the crew foreman said he had plastic wrap, but he had already stacked furniture and the truck and could not get to it legs were broken on furniture after the move I filed a claim with Bellhop 's, and to make matters worse they offered me I'll be a fraction of the estimated loss. I will not use them again and I cannot recommend them to anyone.

They damaged 6 pieces of furniture (that's what I've found so far. Still unpacking), tore a leather couch and snapped a tv stand (some of the damaged furniture we are still paying for). They blamed it on "a bumpy ride due to construction". They took $150 off our bill for the TV. They also left an entire room full of boxes and few pieces of furniture and told my husband they couldn't get it on the truck. My husband had no way to retrieve all of these things by the time we had to be out of the old place, so the movers asked for a tip in exchange for making an additional trip. He had no choice but to "tip" them if we wanted our things. When I called to speak with the manager (Barrett) he apologized and offered nothing to make it right. I asked to speak to the owner of the company. I was given his wife's phone number so she could let me know when he would be available to speak with. I have not heard from either of them and also now can't get in touch with Barrett. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever paid for. I would never use them again.
