Utalitarian like most Pittsburgh buildings. But the Terminal houses such an eclectic collection of places that it's almost absurd. Back to back you can find wine, ice cream, books (SUPPORT YOUR INDEPENDENT BOOKSELLERS!), VR game rooms, a facial salon (giggity), an Asian food hall, independent beer brewers... There's literally a little of everything. The Terminal is the sort of place where you intend to go for one thing and spend the rest of the hour wandering looking at cool stuff. If you have an afternoon to kill, it's definitely worth a look.

Today, I spoke with the manager again and was told they will call me when my dresser arrive and to "hold tight", as if I haven't been patient enough. I asked how I would be compensated for my frustration and inconvenience; and was told there is no compensation. I am beyond irate, not only because I didn't get all of my furniture in the time promised( via signed contract), but I was not treated as a valued customer that deserves respect for my money spent. ReStore sells new and used appliances (e.g., washers, dryers, refrigerators, and stoves), furniture (e.g., couches, chairs, dining sets, and dressers), building materials (e.g., hardware, flooring, light fixtures, plumbing supplies, and windows), and home décor at low prices. The proceeds from the sales are used to build and repair housing for low-income families in the Pittsburgh area. Most recently, I emailed ReStore to ask if they would accept my shelving unit, coat rack, light fixtures, space heater, flower pots, hose hangers, and other items. I was required to send photos of the items to show the style and condition. Two days later, an employee replied that they would accept my items, and he scheduled a pickup from my house for several days later. On the pickup day, the pickup window was from 9 AM to 3 PM, and 15 minutes before the driver arrived at my house, he called me to inform me that he was on his way. The driver pulled up to my house in a truck (see the attached photo). He was very polite, and he moved my items from my driveway into his truck. At the end of his visit, he handed me a receipt, and he kindly thanked me and wished me a great day.

Stopped in this place a couple of days ago on my way to work for a bottle of water. Bad idea, it…read morewas 2:00 pm when I pulled into the parking lot, one fairly suspicious looking guy out in front, who asked me did I have a dollar, I just kept walking - pretended not to hear him. Went into the store approximately 3 customers waiting. The guy waiting on the customers very, very slow. In the meantime, I have been in line for about 6 minutes, out the corner of my eye I can see the front of the store steadily building with more and more loud and cursing people. Finally I'm next, however, one of the loud women from outside come inside, cursing all the way. She barks out to the guy behind the counter that she wants a pack of cigerettes, he completely ignores me, waits on the really loud woman. Then several more people from outside come inside - all of them cursing, they are not angry with each other, it's just they way they talk. As I turn around to look at who is entering, I see the crowd outside has literally swelled to about 20 people, I kid you not. Thank God, I am waited on seconds later. I don't think I will be stopping here again - next time I am thirsty will wait until I get to Oakland
