When I call to add items to my order, the young lady was not very pleasant, she said you can go back into your order and add the items yourself. I told her I did not know how, she eventually assisted me. But that isn't why I'm writing, I'm writing to commend you on your manager Tim at your 2721 Camden Rd, Pine Bluff, AR store this morning. I was so upset I begin to cry. I gave him an ear full to say the least. I told him I shop there all the time, I live 3 blocks from your other store, but I love this one, because the people are so so nice. I had knee replacement surgery before the holiday and they are always so nice, even the young men that bring my groceries to the car. I told him it's just my husband and I what are we going to do with a brisket. That thing was long as my arm. I told him if it wasn't getting dark, I would have bought it back last night. I'm on my way to Court and didn't know what time we would be through today. We finished about 1 p.m. and he came up to office and was so kind. He said he couldn't take the meat back, and he was giving me a $30 gift card. I said it cost $40.86. We couldn't eat that much meat in a month. He gave me my money back, the card and the meat. I still don't know what we're going to do, I guess the husband will have a field day on the grill. lol. Can someone please call or write him and compliment him. You don't get recognized for the good things a lot of times, only the bad. If I had Facebook, I would do it. Thank you. If I wrote this much, imagine the poor guy having to listen. Remain safe.

My backpack contains pullups so I don't shit myself and all over your floor, oxygen and an inhaler so I don't faint in your store from a lack of oxygen. I wasn't going to argue my case, just leave. But I said admittedly sharply though not rudely yet "Is this new?" because this security guard has let me in before with my backpack. "No ma'am it's always been policy." I turned around to leave, my PROBLEM HOWEVER? Tell me why your buggy pusher CHASED ME DOWN, yelling at me: "Ma'am! You need to calm down! Ma'am! It's store policy! Ma'am! Nobody is going to go through your bag! Everybody has to leave their bag up front" I snapped finally. "I don't care that it's store policy. I can make the choice not to shop here as my bag contains medication that I desperately need." When he KEPT yelling that I needed to calm down, KEPT chasing me, I left while flipping him off, promising to contact corporate and tell others about this. Explain to me why I was chased down after I had ALREADY LEFT YOUR STORE. Is this your policy too? To chase down disabled people leaving your store? Dispicable. Before exiting the store, my mother and I were asked to produce receipts…read more While items in our cart were being checked against the receipts, the store employee stopped her thorough checking our receipt to give a cursory check to a man who arrived after we did. She effectively allowed him to break the line while detaining us. To add insult to this injury, she then allowed a woman with a cart full of bags to proceed with no check at all. The only difference between us and the others was that we are African American. They won't get any more of my money.
