From my mother. This is only getting 4 stars because of the terrible customer service from the…read moreyoung lady. I ordered some T-Bone Steaks and SuperOne Water 40 count. When I call to add items to my order, the young lady was not very pleasant, she said you can go back into your order and add the items yourself. I told her I did not know how, she eventually assisted me. But that isn't why I'm writing, I'm writing to commend you on your manager Tim at your 2721 Camden Rd, Pine Bluff, AR store this morning. I was so upset I begin to cry. I gave him an ear full to say the least. I told him I shop there all the time, I live 3 blocks from your other store, but I love this one, because the people are so so nice. I had knee replacement surgery before the holiday and they are always so nice, even the young men that bring my groceries to the car. I told him it's just my husband and I what are we going to do with a brisket. That thing was long as my arm. I told him if it wasn't getting dark, I would have bought it back last night. I'm on my way to Court and didn't know what time we would be through today. We finished about 1 p.m. and he came up to office and was so kind. He said he couldn't take the meat back, and he was giving me a $30 gift card. I said it cost $40.86. We couldn't eat that much meat in a month. He gave me my money back, the card and the meat. I still don't know what we're going to do, I guess the husband will have a field day on the grill. lol. Can someone please call or write him and compliment him. You don't get recognized for the good things a lot of times, only the bad. If I had Facebook, I would do it. Thank you. If I wrote this much, imagine the poor guy having to listen. Remain safe.

I don't care that the clerk was surly when I walked in, or that she stink of cigarette smoke to the point it permeated the front of the store. What really rubbed me wrong was her attitude. I grabbed a Monster energy drink from a display showing $1.75 from September 20-October 17. She rang it at $2. I politely stated it was on sale. She responded, "Well, it rang at $2." I offered to show her the display. She gives a deep sigh and rolls her eyes. Once she saw it was $1.75, she got foot stompy on her way back to the register. She made a production of keying it in at the advertised price. While I was swiping my card, keying in my PIN, etc, she kept tapping her fingers to indicate how much of a burden this was for her. When I was done, she glared and thrust the receipt at me. No "Sorry for the confusion." No "Thank you." Just surly, bitter attitude. I normally don't do the surveys on the receipt but you can bet I did today. As a side note, she could conveniently did not have a name tag on.

Worse Pharmacy ever! The Pharmacist are kind and respectful, but the staff lacks customer service…read moreskills, the refuse to take responsibility of their own mistakes, very slow, not forthcoming and many ( not all) have very bad attitude. Instead of taking accountability or saying , sorry for any inconvenience, instead, they make excuses on why medications that were put in to fill are not ready or not in stock. No need to use the app because they often say they don't get the information right away , and so you may get your meds 3-5 days later. It doesn't matter if you a seizure patient, have a chronic illness or just in pain... not their problem! it seems like they were train poorly or simply lack empathy or perhaps they believe giving 60 percent instead of 100 and following through is enough. I called at 10 am, was told my med was out of stock ... I ordered it 4 days prior , but even though they were open 2 of the 4 days... they didn't order it until I called. It's too much because it's been going on for years now. Some people say , switch pharmacies. It's Pine bluff, where am I going to switch to? Other pharmicies are mom and pop and are higher! I pray something changes csuse at this point... these people are doing the bare minimum and instead of being accountable for their shortcomings... they put it back on the customer as if it's not them but the customer is the problem for wanting good service and accountability. Go figure. I wish I could give them a 0 star but for the pharmacist (s) sake, I will offer a 1 star! Y

The parking lot was very crowded except for the six empty spaces directly in front of the store. Online shoppers can park anywhere because they are not getting out of their cars. The grocery staff is going to bring their order to their vehicle. I left the store and went to Brookshires to purchase my groceries because they don't have such an asinine parking arrangement. The store manager or whoever else made this decision needs to wake up and get their priorities straight. I'm sure that walk-in customers far outweigh online customers. When this situation changes. I will consider shopping there again. Until then, my business goes elsewhere.
