"Waiting areas" have seating that is ripped and discolored, the food court appears to have had many options to choose from, but when we arrived there were only 2 options to choose from, pizza and Chinese. The place was bare, parking lot was empty, the halls were empty, the signs were old and appeared to have been up for months or longer. The cinema owner was claimed to have been bootlegging movies from a firestick. Claims that she has been investigated for illegally playing films from 4 separate sources at 4 separate times, was startling. This place must have been a force at one point, but now it seems like folk are just waiting for it to die.

Perhaps Target could save it, but I doubt Target would even consider opening up in Pine Bluff. So if you are in search to do some mall shopping while you are in Pine Bluff, you are going to have to go to Little Rock in order to see more familiar stores.

An associate sells the wallet to another customer under the assumption I was "shopping with them". I walked into the store alone and by myself, so How they associated me with another group is beyond me, and me and the other customers are both African American. After informing me that he thought I was with the other group, he just stared at me as if it was my fault. After Asking him how he was going to rectify the mishap on his end, his associate had to inform him to try to order the wallet for me. If I wasnt such a fan of the brand I would have walked out.

Small note - all visible staffs were clustered nearby the registrar, either conversing amongst themselves or with customers in line to pay, and none other were seen elsewhere in the store. The store is pretty small enough that you can walk over to grab a staff to help you out, but it could have been nicer if the staffs were more spread out.
