The layout is similar to the other Publix stores we frequent in Florida, so finding items I need is an easy proposition. The produce looks fresh and the shelves are stocked. Self-checkout lanes make for a quick payment experience when we only buy a few things. I like the local craft beer selection and can imagine that the locals take the variety for granted. A discount kiosk is located near the from where out-of-season food, beverage, and non-food deals can be found. The bathrooms are clean. The service is average and not what I consider the Publix-experience.

The items are (starting with Monday's choice) is Pizza, whole Rotisserie Chicken, Salads (Greek, Cobb, Chef), 8'pieces of Fried Chicken, and lastly, Sushi. I have tried both the Rotisserie Chicken sand the Fried Chicken and found them to be very good. Today I decided to go with a salad and picked the Cobb Salad. This is a well sized salad composed of romaine lettuce, chopped ham, chicken, crumbled bacon, avocado spread, quartered boiled egg, chopped green onion, plumb tomatoes,1 some crumbled blue cheese, and a large packet of Ranch dressing. This was a nice, fresh tasting salad even though prepackaged. The dressing was a bit in the lite side, but did have some flavor. I would get it again, and I do intend to try other salads in the $5 meal deal!

As I'm browsed, the biggest thing I noticed was that there were carts of items EVERYWHERE!! Like, the amount was ridiculous. I'm sure they may be short staffed but come on now. It would serve them well to simply just close a couple days and focus their staff on restocking. An alternatively would be to increase the pay of the employees there and offer overtime... I mean, there was one aisle that was COMPLETELY blocked by the carts of items. Im sure this has to be a safety hazard. As you would suspect, since there were so many items on carts, a good amount of the shelves were empty or close to it. We went to the register at 2:57pm. We were told to wait a couple minutes because they were doing a shift change. The cashier did apologize and it was a very short wait. I didn't get anything but if I were looking for something, I doubt I'd be able to find it. My cousin did get some of the things she was looking for.

Trosa is located on Peters Creek Hwy in the Food Lion strip center at the Clemmonsville exit. It's easy to get to and there's plenty of parking which I love. Right inside the door is their whole furniture section, they have tons of tables, chairs, dressers , etc. they even have a whole section of office specific furniture. The prices are very reasonable. This would be a furniture flippers paradise. Towards the back they have shelves of everything from pillows to whole sets of dishes, sports equipment and the most medical mobility equipment I've ever seen anywhere. I'd say, if you are in need of a walker, a bath seat or portable toilet for someone look here because they probably have it at a fraction of the cost it would be to purchase new or rent. The clothing is grouped all together but they aren't keeping it organized as well as it needs to be. All different sizes were mixed in together and I quickly got frustrated and gave up. Both of us had found an item in the kitchen area we wanted so we headed to check out. The workers were very friendly as well. I'll definitely be checking out Trosa regularly in the future. Trosa supports substance abuse treatment. If you want to donate to them, they offer pick up for larger items or you can bring your items to their donation drop off around the back of the store. Just follow the signs.
