Unfortunately, the interaction from the rather large Mexican was not welcoming. Instead of offering help, I was asked, "What do you need?" and then questioned about who would be paying for the item before I had even confirmed a purchase. I was also told there were other customers waiting, which made me feel rushed and dismissed. I left feeling disappointed, especially after making the effort to travel such a long distance. Customer service plays a huge role in the overall experience, and in this case, it fell short. I hope ownership takes this as constructive feedback and considers the importance of providing a more helpful and respectful customer experience. This had the potential to be a long-term customer relationship, but unfortunately, the experience did not reflect that.
