It was so nice, clean, big selection & very well organized. I was overly impressed with it. This will be a must stop on my future trips to Havasu. I even told one of the employees here how impressed I was with this store. She informed me that it is a future training store for Dollar Tree employees. They even had self checkout too! I've never seen that @ any Dollar Tree stores! If you're a Dollar Tree fan you HAVE to stop in here or even if you need any essentials & want to save some money this is your spot! In other words you cannot receive a voucher for your credit. You must shop for something else in the store the same day you are returning an item. Dollar Tree's return policy is the dumbest policy I have ever heard of. What stores have this policy?? In other words, Dollar Tree wants to make it difficult for the consumer to receive their money back. The dilemma I was having pertained to 110 dinner plates along with110 salad plates purchased for my daughter's upcoming wedding. Although the plates were from the same manufacturer the white colored plates varied in color. Some were bright white, while others were off white. Most of the plates were ordered online and when the online shipments could not accommodate the number of plates I ordered, I frequented several Dollar Tree's trying to match the different color variations. In addition to this issue, when the online orders were not delivered, I had to contact Dollar Tree's Corporate Office several times trying to receive a credit on my credit card for the items that were not in stock and never delivered In my opinion, Dollar Tree is the worst company to do business with and I definitely will not be shopping in any Dollar Tree store ever!!!

Terrible Service! Went in and purchased $866.47 worth of merchandise i asked if the coupons or sale…read moreprices were already deducted the clerk said yes. After I paid she looked at the money like she had never seen cash before inspected it several times making sure it was not counterfeit. I can understand that i wouldn't want to get burned with bad money either. That wasn't the issue the issue was that after i looked at my receipt she was incorrect i had been charged full price for everything no discounts. I asked and she stated that it was not her responsibility to know what was on sale. So i asked if she could adjust it after i presented the sales cost. It wasn't much a $12 difference but that's not the point at this time she said i needed to present an Identification to get a refund. I told her i dd not have an ID she said she couldn't give me a refund with out it. At this time i became upset i didn't say nothing other then please cancel my order and return all my money she then refused said not without an ID so i asked why? "you didn't ask for ID when i paid you 2 minutes ago"! At this time the Manager decided to tell her to take a break that he would take care of me. She closed out her register and walked away he proceeded to give me his back and kept servicing the other aisle of customers. After a few minutes i knew what they were doing i grabbed my receipt and my cart and left i had two choices leave without my money that was not going to happen! Or cause a scene that would've involved the cops and tie me up on time. Or do what i did i grabbed my receipt my cart full of goods and told them to keep the damn $12 i wont ever go back that is the worse customer service i have experienced in a very long time. I paid for the extra warranty i paid for a 2 year renewal and now i regret it all. Harbor Freight does not have a customer support line to call. They know they carry stuff at a discount price and its convenient to get but from now on i will rather pay the freight and have it shipped then to step into that store again.

Not only that but she was arguing with me about me calling the cup "YETI w/a straw," she said it was not a straw cup, it was a "sippy cup" she wanted to prove herself right and showed me a YETI rambler with a straw lid and said "this is a YETI with a straw." I am young but I am not ignorant. As a brown person, my biggest concern is that I can stand for myself, but not all of us and that makes my blood boil. Please do not be inconsiderate & racist.
