I'm averaging this out to a three star review. Let me say that I totally prefer Target and I only…read morego to Walmart when ABSOLUTELY necessary. I recently found it absolutely necessary. I was looking for a specialty health item which I knew they had. Upon entering (and they have super spaced out their items for social distancing), I went to the pharmacy area. I found where I thought the items would be. The pharmacy staff was swamped so I went to the nearby "Health & Beauty" area where there was an associate just looking at the wall. I asked about the item and she responded, "You know you're in Health & Beauty. You need to be in the pharmacy." And with that, she turned away. I may have responded with something like, "I know where I am but the pharmacy staff were unavailable but thank you for the information." Anywhoo, made me mad so I left. One star review here. As soon as I got in the car, I looked at their website and found out I could order the item for curbside pickup the next day. That's what I did. Four star review for the curbside crew. I had to wait a bit for this one item but the associate was very apologetic about my wait (which was about 20 minutes). I was just happy to get the item. 4.5 star review here. My advice. Order online for curbside pick up.

And aside from a Target in Arizona, this specific Walmart is the only other store I've been to during this time with legitimately not full grocery shelves. I have Celiac disease and Walmart and Walmart+ is my go to for gluten free items, but this location had barely any gluten free items. I've been in some remote Walmarts in New Mexico and Wyoming and even there I was able to find a decent selection of gluten free foods. This week I couldn't find any fennel fresh or dried in the spice aisle. I had to get that at Sprouts. Couldn't find Italian pork sausage, which is a staple at pretty much any Walmart in the US. Limes were only available in a bag of 6 for almost $6. This has been my extended family's go-to Walmart for more than 20 years and I'm fairly certain it's the location that services a lot of the smaller towns between here and Bentonville, Arkansas. They need to get on top of their ordering.

An extremely welcome addition to the Owasso scene. As the…read morecook in the house, and one who likes asian food, for years I was locked into schlepping it to Tulsa to one of the many asian stores in the Tulsa area, notably Nam Hai or Panasia. Tayeng is derailing those trips in an awesome way. I'm not gonna lie, Tayeng doesn't fully replace those trips, since they're just not that big yet, and can't possibly carry a comparable inventory, but for the 80-90% of my routine needs, Tayeng is delivering consistently. Their inventory is constantly expanding, adding in a large variety of produce and frozen meats and seafoods. Also boasting an impressive inventory of shelf stable foods and sauces, they routinely have the bulk of my needs covered. I dropped in today for bean sprouts and left with two sacks full of stuff, and noticed they're now carrying a small selection of asian meatballs and sausages. They also server a small assortment of daily fresh made foods such as spring rolls and cold salads, such as papaya, so if that's your thing, give them a go. I really hope they continue to increase their business and grow because I love the convenience and friendly service they offer the Owasso community.

They were just unpacking a box of frozen dumplings when we were there. I would love to get some to pan sear. They also carry frozen meat as well---pork belly with skin, calf feet, chickens. I want to explore more. I'm glad we found this market!

At one time, Reasor's was an outstanding addition to Owasso for groceries…read more It was a great alternative to the bare bones, no frills cattle car experience of shopping at Walmart. Sadly, in recent years, since the corporate buyout happened, Reasor's has steadily gone downhill. Their meat department seems to be hit the hardest. Rarely can you find decent cuts of meat, and the quality seems to have taken a hit. Their Red Bud farms products are prices much higher than other alternatives and the product isn't any better. Shelves are often only partially stocked, and their produce options have dwindled as well. Being the only real option in Owasso, the entire community is sort of hamstrung between shopping at one of the two locations, or making a trip to Tulsa. I've started spreading things out a bit and offloading a lot of purchases at the new Costco, simply because the meat is better and less expensive. For a really nice quality meat purchase, I'll go to the local BB Meats butcher shop, and if I really want fresh quality produce, I'll hit up Sprouts. I hate that I have to do this because my time is fairly valuable to me, and I hate having to make shopping that much more intrusive on my schedule, but it is what it is. I really wish some other grocery outlet could come in and undercut/oversell Reasor's because I think they've gotten VERY complacent over the last several years. Some new competition would be good for the community overall. I'm leaving this a 3 star review, only because I can't do 2.5 stars, and 2 is just a little low.
