I'm staying across the abandoned mall at a hotel and was hungry. First time in a Marc's. I thought it was a grocery store but it's oddly packed with some of everything -but also lacking a lot of the usual grocery store departments. Like, I took a few laps and couldn't locate the bakery. And there were shelves bursting with pickles, mayonnaise, and ketchup, but oddly very little ice cream options. I tried to find sliced meats and cheeses to make a sandwich, and I did eventually find a cooler, but it was in the same place with a bunch of odd stuff like gardening suppplies and grill charcoal. The store is old, worn, not clean. When I stepped in there was stuff on the floor, dead plants. So strange. I bought a couple of things, but I don't think I'll return. I wish there were other grocery options, but Elyria seems quite limited in that regard.

It's out of my way but atheist I don't find moldy cheese, and rows of product past their use by date. I have filed a complaint also with the BETER BUSINESS BUREAU. I know it has been a little bit since the change, but it was a little sad to see. They still offer grocery pick up for those who prefer to pick up their items. Heinen's is a great local grocery chain. They have a nice deli, produce section and wine area. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Overall it is a great place to shop.

I took my son's phone to this place to get a new battery and the back glass fixed on his IPhone…read moreyesterday. We dropped it off about 11am and was told it would take about 3 hours. We go back up there at 4pm and was told it's still not ready to come back in 45 minutes. We get back up there at 5:15, get the phone and leave. 2 hours later the phone blew up! I take it back up there this morning and they tell me a technician needs to look at it and says it was the charger and all they can do is give me a $75 store credit as if I would EVER purchase anything from them again! They also took the battery out that they replaced when I went back up to get the phone back. If the battery was not the cause of the issue then why wouldn't you leave it in there? Seems shady to me.

This place is huge they have two sides of gas pumps probably 18-20 gas pumps in total. Then inside they have a good selection of drinks and snacks. They also have fresh made sandwiches and salads, hotdogs, and a counter to get made to order food. They have mashed potatoes, but we didn't try that. They had another side they ran out of, chicken and dumplings, that must be good if they ran out by 12:30pm. They have other fare too, like corn dogs, burgers, etc. Very cool food find in, of all places, a busy Circle K in a small Ohio town.
