My apologies for choosing incorrect location on my review but I'd shopped in both locations of Tennessee & Alabama in one day! Gunner was very patient with me as corporate is in the process of raising the prices on almost everything that previously was $1.25 to $1.50, $3 to $5, some items to $6.00 & $7.00 etc. & this made my shopping very confusing & uncomfortable for me because I had to ask him to void certain items because I did not wish to purchase those things at the new higher prices which caused him especially as a new employee to reach his daily limit on voids. I certainly did not want him to get into any kind of trouble or make it look like he'd made that many errors. Of course I let almost everyone in the store go in front of me because I knew I was going to spend over a $100 & it would take awhile to ring up. The other person in charge explained etc. I certainly understood because I've been in retail myself for years but when someone is spending that much in a store with those prices the person in charge could have at least been a little more understanding to him & myself as a customer. I mainly wanted to express he was a good hiring choice & myself & everyone else in the store were expressing how upset we were that the justification of raising prices because of the recent tariffs should be shared with the congress, president & others in government before they lose too much business. Thanks dollar tree for doing what you can to allow people to survive in today's economy.

A very good lunch at an even better price. I have had the Pizza & drink as well as the pretzels but…read morethe real shining star for me is the large all beef hot dog with drink All for $1.58 price. Granted it's a plain hot dog on a bun but you can pick up a pack of relish, ketchup, mustard, or sauerkraut and adorn your dog with it. The drink is a large cup and at the present time you can fill it with a Pepsi product and they also have three flavors of icees. If there's any negative but I would have to say it is that you cannot buy just a hot dog you have to get a hot dog and drink because the drink and hot dog are priced together but it's one of the best tasting hot dogs I've had in the area. For an inexpensive meal there's no way to beat it. Lastly you don't have to be a Sam's Club member to purchase it either because the deli is not limited to Sam's Club members only. There is also a large volume of seating inside the club so you do not have to get it to go but can eat it in the store if you want to.

I looove Billy Reid. The clothes are absolutely divine. The prices, especially during the…read morerecession, are a little high, but the quality and feel is unmatched. I do have to wonder, though, why Billy put his flagship store in... Florence, Alabama, of ALL places. In a college town where American Eagle and Target fashions grace the runway that is Court Street, and Ugg boots and oversized sorority sweatshirts rule (and simultaneously accost my eyes and sense of fashion), his flair, while unabashedly scrumptious, is underappreciated, to say the least. This is evident in one reviewer's comment that Billy Reid items look like she "made them in High School Home Ec Class." The staff are helpful if a little pretentious, but the atmosphere of the store is great. I really hope it sticks around.

I am so disappointed with my experience with Billy Reid and their disingenuous "policies." I…read morepurchased an item from their website, only to see the exact same item discounted over 25% less than 24 hours later. Seriously, I hadn't even received the item that I ordered, and here they published a significant discount. No problem, I thought. I simply reached out to customer service expecting what I thought was a reasonable request for a price adjustment, but they flatly refused. Most reputable retailers recognize that price changes immediately after a purchase create a poor customer experience and will honor a short price-adjustment window. Billy Reid chose not to, despite the minimal time between my purchase and the price drop. Instead of making a simple, industry-standard gesture, Billy Reid chose to hide behind an inflexible "policy." It's not about the amount of money--it's about customer service and standing behind your customers. Refusing to make such a simple accommodation demonstartaes predatory pricing, and makes customers feel like their business isn't valued. I have bought thousands of dollars of clothing from Billy Reid over the years, and this send the message that customer loyalty means very little. This experience with Billy Reid has completely changed my opinion of the brand, and I will now take my buiness elsewhere. There are many other fashion retailers who value a relationship with customers and will do the right thing. I will leave you with a quote from Mr. Billy Reid himself: "My mother taught me the importance of customer service, the importance of knowing your customer." Hypocrisy, anyone?
