Am I writing a review their amazing deli? Am I writing a…read morereview for the amazing smoothies? Am I writing a review for their always fresh produce, consistently impeccable store, and killer cereal selection? Normally, the answer would be yes, but my most recent visit here has me writing a review for their amazing customer service and money order station. I'm currently in the process of moving and along with that comes getting carpets cleaned, walls painted, and photos taken. Surprisingly, a lot of small local businesses still only take cash or money orders; I guess cash will always be king. So, when I needed a money order at 8am when my normal bank branch didn't open until 9am, plus a 40-minute drive, Publix swooped in to save the day. Kelly, who helped me out, was amazing. Admittedly I hadn't written a check or gotten a money order in quite some time and Kelly helped to walked me through it step-by-step. Duh, I know this is a very simple process, but she made me feel at ease and reassured me that this happens all the time. Shout out to Publix! I'm moving back to the West Coast, where as far as I know there isn't a Publix, within a few thousand miles, but maybe someday!

Hannah Vs Ronald. A battle for the ages. The base sandwich was the cranberry turkey. When we got back to table My partner and I spent the better part of 45 minutes carefully critiquing each sandwich. At the end of the 45 minutes we both decided that we were not able to give a proper judging. For we both found the base sandwich in inspiring. I'm Sorry Hannah I was really hoping to come back with a fantastic win. And in my opinion Ronald was never going to win with putting the tomatoes in his entry. However my partner lives tomatoes and felt that Ronald's sandwich would have taken the win despite his generous application of cranberries.. Results.... A Draw. However, Hannah gets an advantage point for remembering the sandwiches code by memory. Do not let the review of the sandwich take away from the personalities behind the deli counter. Ronald and Hannah always provide fantastic service.

Dear Trader Joe's Green Hills,…read more I don't know who's in charge over there, but I'd like them to replace every world leader immediately. The United Nations? Dissolved. Congress? Sent home. The DMV? Bulldozed. Trader Joe's Green Hills is now the governing body of civilization. I've never walked into this place and been greeted by someone who looked like they'd rather be anywhere else. Every employee smiles like they just got engaged, won the lottery, and pet a golden retriever on the way to work. It's suspicious. As a child with OCD, I had approximately 47 family members. Officially it was 14 aunts and uncles and four grandmas, but emotionally it felt like 900 relatives. There were houses where I'd rather eat the upholstery than touch the food. Sometimes it was the smell. Sometimes it was the vibe. Sometimes my brain simply declared, "We're fasting today." Then I came to the US, and discovered Trader Joe's. If one of your employees handed me drywall in a toothpick, i would sample it! This store is cleaner than my conscience after returning my shopping cart. I have genuinely considered quitting my career just to work here. Unfortunately, my therapist intervened. I asked why. She said, "Tarek... you'll be fired within a week." "Why?" "Because you're still a menace to society, and you'll spend half your shift flirting with your coworkers and the other half flirting with customers." Corporate is so dramatic. So instead, I remain a costumer romanticizing what could have been. Whenever people visit NashVegas, everyone says, "Let's go to Broadway." Wrong. We're going to Trader Joe's. You're going to experience affordable flowers, tiny shopping carts, free samples, and enough positive human interaction to make you question whether you've accidentally died. I have left this store happier than I've left actual therapy sessions. The only complaint I have, and this physically pains me to write is: PLEASE bring back the Middle Eastern kibbeh. I'm not saying I'll stand outside holding a candlelight vigil, but I'm also not saying I won't. Trader Joe's Green Hills is the only place where I walk in needing grapefruit juice and leave with seventeen items, inner peace, a houseplant, frozen Indian food, three cheeses I can't pronounce(i speak french mind you) l, and the confidence to forgive my enemies. I love every single one of you. If this store ever closes, I'll simply assume the apocalypse has started and act accordingly.

This place is falling apart and its matter of fact due to the dm. Worked here for three years and…read morewhile none of her stores ever looked together or clean, she had this one store that would sparkle until she kept jumping on everyones butts for not doing jobs she should have first delegated correctly. When management would come down on her she would let it fall back in her team. Until there was just no team. I love to come in to visit my old coworkers but it breaks my heart to see the store in such TERRIBLE shape and them so overworked. why have cameras mounted everywhere if you have no real desire in using them either. things need to change at these locations.

And for the most part, I am satisfied. There are some inconveniences, but they are all tolerable, and not worth making Aldi an intolerable place to shop, but overall, I like it, and will certainly return. To begin the store is excellently clean, and well organized. The place is perfectly well lit, and all items are perfectly easy to find. Beyond this, the store does not suffer from the annoying (and intentional) habit, of putting basics, such as bread, produce, dairy, and meats at different ends of the store. All are practically lined up in the rear of the store, which is welcome. Prices are very satisfactory; I examined prices of items including milk, eggs, soda, and frozen foods, and indeed found them similar, or even cheaper than Walmart. They rely heavily on store brands, leaving the customer with few nationally known, and almost devoid of premium items. This is understandable, and keeps prices down, as they don't have to raise the generic prices in order to subsidize costs of the national brands. The merchandising is minimal, and many of the products rest on boxes of the same product, crates, or basic metal shelving. Pricing is very clear. The cart and checkout are moderately inconvenient, but they make sense for price purposes. Bring a quarter, as you put it into a slot for a refundable slot to unlock the cart, which you get back once you bring it back to the cart area. They charge for bags, but the costs are small, and they welcome bringing your own bags. They don't credit cards, per se. But debit cards with PINs are allowed, bypassing credit card charges which are normal built into prices. I like it and will certainly go back.

Once you…read moreexperience a Publix supermarket yourself, I am confident that you will understand how Publix has become such an iconic supermarket brand and has developed such a loyal customer base down here in the southeast. Publix has created a solid reputation by offering incredible customer service, great BOGO (buy one, get one free) deals and we cannot forget their subs, which are affectionately known as "Pub Subs." Coming from New Jersey, a state known for their great subs, in a way it hurts me to state that a supermarket has some of the best subs in the area. But it is also a 100% true statement. Publix subs are very good. My go-to sub is probably their Italian sub, which is truly a tasty offering. I also enjoy their roast beef and cheese sub. I would definitely recommend upgrading it by using Boar's Head meat. It is definitely worth the small upcharge. It is great to see Publix expanding beyond the boundaries of their home state of Florida and spreading throughout the southeast. Not only am I happy about it, but I am confident that the communities that Publix opens a location in are very grateful for a Publix opening by them. I would definitely recommend this particular Publix location or any Publix location and I give it five stars.

Pub Subs, you are correct! While I have walked this store a few times to pick up random items on occasion, my main purpose for stopping has been pub subs. The line is always expected, busy, but the staff are always very friendly and helpful. Sandwiches are always made with precision and care, and are always extra tasty! Cashiers and other staff are always friendly as well. Overall, great Publix that I will surely be back to many times!
