I did have an Ingles brand chocolate bar, and it was legit. The tiny town of Blue Ridge is lucky to have a place like this. No town of similar size has grocery like that in my state.

The prices from what I saw seemed to be pretty average, although a few products were higher than expected. I honestly wouldn't be able to say much except that in the town of Murphy, this seems to be the bougie market. It's either this or Walmart far out. No complaints really. I bought instant coffee for later, not to mention I drank a pumpkin spice latte at their Starbucks, where the staff was really pleasant.

Sent an email to corporate asking a few questions and got a canned "AI" type response, I've since emailed back TWICE asking for clarifications on the labeling and crickets! Seems almost like the stores switched management and employees because this store is so clean now while Maddox is no longer as good as what it used to be because they have such a high turnover rate they must have a toxic work environment as I've had a couple uncomfortable experiences at Maddox. It's like a complete flip in the stores' qualities and customer service. The new workers are usually nice, and if not they still don't usually have a nasty attitude. Maddox has been understaffed and dirty etc, which used to be the case for this store but this location is now our preferred store because there are so many products here that are hard to find anywhere else and so many options to choose from- very large selection and rarely understocked. Maddox location just isn't as big to have as much of a selection. This 382 store also has some clothing too.
