Lanay made all the difference today in my Dollar Tree experience. You need employees like Lanay in all of your stores. I enjoy shopping at the Dollar Tree and I will go out of my way to visit the Ventnor City, NJ store again and avoid the Brigantine store that is only 2 minutes from my home.
