Parking is a dedicated garage for the store and surrounding businesses, so it's plentiful and gives you good direct access to the store. Much like many city locations, this store is a condensed version of your standard Publix's. Smaller and more compact specialty sections such as deli, meats, seafood, pharmacy, etc...for the space they lack, the selection and stock is still pretty solid and I've rarely been unable to find what I am after, but it has happened, especially in the fresh sections. Service is Publix service, so always friendly, helpful and efficient for the most part. Inky time I get a deviation of service is at the sandwich/deli counter. Never bad, but just okay. Store is clean and well kept. Overall, solid Publix location. Definitely pop by when in the area and in need.

In fact, the always crowded parking lot would testify to the fact they are doing many things right. I come here when I am in Dickson; at home in Nashville I use the one on Charlotte Pike. I seldom buy food here, but I will say that the fried chicken back at the deli counter is great. Employee turnover is high, I think, as I do deal with inexperienced employees more that I should. I try to remember that we all had a first day on a new job and so try to cut 'em a little slack. A problem that seems to be universal at Walmarts is the wheels on the buggies; they stick, they clump along, they suddenly turn and send me off course - you get the idea and if you've been to a Walmart you've experienced it. But, if you need it, they probably have it. If they don't, you likely don't need it, you just want it.
