It is confusing and time consuming, i.e.., Special store coupons, Digital download coupons, which you have to have an app on your smart phone. Too bad for the elderly that are not computer savvy. *Limited variety of brands. Overall it is not the shopping experience it used to be. Now I end up going to several stores to get everything I need for my family. On a nicer note, the store is clean, organized, and the employees are very helpful/friendly.

While I'm very happy that a grocery store has come in to replace the ShopRite that left last year,…read moreit's too bad it had to be a Tops. I will only be using this supermarket when I can't deal with the extra 10 minutes in each direction to go to Kingston instead. To start with, many items are expensive. Follow that up with "sales" that require you to purchase multiple items in order to avoid heavily inflated prices. Buy one get one free sales are great, but if the one is extremely overpriced then those of us who live alone will never get a decent price on those items (I don't think I can eat 36 ounces of blueberries before they go bad, for example). Another big issue for me is that the rotisserie chickens are incredibly dry. I purchased one the day they opened, and it was so dry that I called and told customer service that I understand it's their first day and maybe they needed some time to work out all the imperfections, but the chicken was almost too dry to eat. They kindly offered me a gift card for my next visit. I went today and used that to purchase a rotisserie chicken. This one is also going to need a lot of sauce. The staff is very nice, everyone I interacted with was in fact "friendly". But I really miss ShopRite prices closer to home. And their chicken.

However, the seafood section is not that great: the fish I bought is not that fresh, and the selection is less. Shoprite had more variety of fish and was fresher. Also, wild caught is best even if more expensive. I was looking for veal cutlets and there were none. Please fix these areas that are lacking as I want to keep shopping here. The produce section has a big selection.
