I could tell the manager didn't really care, he looked tired. No apology for how i was treated, barely any acknowledgement. Beyond disappointing customer service! I have only been in 2 times previously, but this is definitely my last time shopping here! There are too many other stores that I would rather spend my money! I ordered the cake from Super Saver on 27 th and Pine Lake Rd and told them explicitly double layer German Chocolate cake, 8" round. I picked it up today and it was a single layer 8" round cake. The person working told me she split a single layer to add the frosting. Now I'm really questioning who on earth wants a single layer round cake?
