The flea market has a very wide variety of items from antiques to tools to food to household supplies to blankets and vegetables and dog bones. Not much changes from year to year, but you end up wanting to keep going back for the tried and true favorites (we tend to pick up big jugs of Maple Syrup when we're there), and the special finds (on our last trip we bought a beer stein). The prices aren't always cheap -- the vendors who deal in antiques tend to know what their wares are worth, but most are willing to haggle. You have to pay to park -- I believe it's $5. You can also park across the street in someone's yard for $2 if you'd like to save a little a walk a smidge farther. We typically go the yard route simply because it's a little quicker to get in and out. Expect to spend 2 hours or so walking around if you want to see everything and bring the sun screen -- there isn't a lot of tree cover.

I came with ladies clothe, bags, shoes & a few pictures. Fortunately it's a beautiful day, as far as the weather goes. I live in the Frewsburg area and wanted to check it out on a Saturday afternoon. I was so surprised at the size of the store and the amount of amazing items to be found! I spent way less here than I had at places much farther away. I'm so impressed at all of the awesome things I found! I can't wait to go back again!! The only criticism I have is the hours are inconvenient for some who work until 430 or 5 such as myself. The store is closed by the time I get out of work and you need to plan some time to look around!!

They have basically everything from Swedish fish to club soda to bacon to those potato chips that you forgot you loved because you couldn't find them anymore !! I have even purchased bug candles and gloves since there is a nice hardware section in the store too. If you can't find what you are looking for - ASK they probably have it. Pick up a newspaper or magazine for the road or fill up your tank too while you are there. I love the ice cream and frozen pizza selection at the cashier. It's nice to know there is a store nearby if you forgot something. Parking is a breeze too in front or there is a little lot on the side where the gas pumps are. I love going and just walking around - pick up some beef jerky etc. I can't think of anything they "don't" have. The only downside is that they aren't open all the time or late even. I have driven there and they were closed in the past.. Cash is recommended since there is a $.50 swipe fee for credit card purchases.
