It is not the cleanest or most well kept location you have ever seen and some patrons are rough around the edges, but never judge a book simply based on its cover. Sketchy was my initial thought but when I went in and asked if they had cigars as the signage advertised a humidor, I was handed a key and pointed in the right direction, and then was simply amazed. This location has a full humidor complete with brands such as Cohiba, Tabik, Drew Estate, AvM, and AJ Fernandez just to name a few, and at reasonable prices. They also have other brands that are not as hard on the wallet that are still enjoyable sticks. There are some empty areas and boxes on the shelves, as are present in almost any retail humidor, but still a large area that was quite reasonably stocked for the location. If you are looking for a few quality sticks to enjoy with friends and don't feel like making the drive to KC or Weston, stop buy and take a peek, you will be pleasantly surprised!

Everyone was starring at me when I was asking to clean it up because I know it was my responsibility', one lady who worked there gave me a little bit of paper towels and I said thank you. As I had a little bit I needed more paper towels so I asked another lady who had a short gray bob and sounded like a mouse if I could have more to clean it up. Instead she didn't answer me pointed to a trashcan and I put what I had in the trash can but I need more so I said "could I please get some more and do you have any spray?". Instead she didn't say a word and just shoved the paper towels at me. Super rude! It's not like I walked away so you can pick up the shit! When we first walked in to the store as well we went to the bread section and there was another customer who was starring at us and was trying to also get to the bread. We moved so we can let him through and he instead just rushed around us and was making snarky remarks on how we didn't move. As if we didn't move, also there's a word and it's called "excuse me" if we didn't notice but we did. Today was the worst experience in that store and I have never had any other problems. I always say sorry, excuse me, I apologize anything like that to anyone if I'm in the wrong or in the way. If you have a stick up your ass and having a shitty day or just a grouch, don't gotta be rude to other people who are being nice. Me and my husband moved here because he was stationed at fort Leavenworth, we have lived here only 3 months. Do better Leavenworth price chopper!

A nice man driving down the street even offered to let us cross in front of his vehicle in front of the store.......of course, he said it was so he could run us over, but we managed to survive. ;)

This is a military grocery store, and within that category, it really stands out. Of all the commissaries I've visited, this one ranks at the top. It's rarely crowded, which is a huge plus -- no battling carts or waiting in long lines. The layout is clean and easy to navigate, with plenty of well-stocked sections offering a surprisingly wide variety of food options. From fresh produce to international items and everything in between, they've got it covered. The staff is consistently helpful and friendly, which makes shopping here a genuinely pleasant experience.
