I asked why, the serviceman said he didn't know and gave me a paper. I asked why wasn't I notified, he said he didn't know. I asked for a manager. After yet another wait Team Lead William "Trey" Sprull not only found out why my service was cancelled, but he changed my oil himself, while his official responsibility is customer service at the automative desk. That is stellar customer service, problem solving and multi tasking. Mr. Sprull is an excellent employee working completely understaffed and overwhelmed. I certainly hope your store Manager sees this and appreciates your willingness to work under those conditions. I will be calling as well. Thank you Trey, I really appreciate you.

Every time I call Brookshire's, I'm told to call back on a different day. I call Tuesday and they're out--then they say call back Thursday. I call Thursday and they tell me to call back Monday. This goes on and on just to try to place an order. The customer service in that department has been the worst. In three years, I have never been able to call or show up at the "right time" to order crawfish. My husband even says he doesn't know why I keep trying because it always ends the same way. I think it's ridiculous that this establishment can't simply take an order for crawfish or call customers back when they're available. It's also confusing because they have a crawfish sign that they are being sold outside, but when you go inside the store, they say they don't have any. Overall, this has been very disappointing.

I got the dilled garlic, mild quail eggs, ginger beets and pickled okra. They had so many different things do try. I had to stop myself..lol I also bought some sea moss. I grabbed a fork on my way out and took a like taste of all of them except the sea moss, before I left and did my happy dance, like Winnie the pooh. Yummy yummy. I saw fresh fruit, veggies, a variety of nuts, a couple frozen and refrigerated entree options and snacks, and some plants. My friend was waiting in the car, so I had to do a quick walk through.
