Unfortunately for me, I got cash back, which was 100 dollars. I was so busy bagging and checking out I forget to get my cash at the end of the transaction. I got home and realized my error. I figured I was just out of 100 dollar, but I decided to take a chance and go back to the store. To my surprise and amazement all the staff I encountered were kind and understanding. They checked the cameras and saw a man behind me took my money and paid cash for his groceries, Then an angel appeared named, Gabriel, who told me he would refund my money. I was so happy and thankful. We are so quick to complain, but do not compliment. Every time I call Brookshire's, I'm told to call back on a different day. I call Tuesday and they're out--then they say call back Thursday. I call Thursday and they tell me to call back Monday. This goes on and on just to try to place an order. The customer service in that department has been the worst. In three years, I have never been able to call or show up at the "right time" to order crawfish. My husband even says he doesn't know why I keep trying because it always ends the same way. I think it's ridiculous that this establishment can't simply take an order for crawfish or call customers back when they're available. It's also confusing because they have a crawfish sign that they are being sold outside, but when you go inside the store, they say they don't have any. Overall, this has been very disappointing.
