I certainly enjoyed the cream sticks. Several visits. Since they are an unknown out west where I live. Where I live. Donuts that look deceivingly similar. Are called Maple or Chocolate bars. A dry un-filled look a like on the surface. If I ask for cream sticks the request is met with a blank stare. They have a good selection of Deli items and other baked goods. I can't explain it, but this place was clean. I don't mean all neat and tidy, what I mean is that it was bright, welcoming, and white, almost to the point of feeling sterile. However, don't take that as a negative. It was different to be in a store and not feel like you were dirty. The brightness of this place drew me in. I wanted to shop. I also did not feel lost in the least. I would be in a department and have an item in mind and be in front of options in minutes. What I really liked about this is how the grocery store portion of this place wrapped around other departments. Like it meshes in with the store and doesn't overpower your experience. It also did not put a hard divide in the store where you needed to switch modes to shop. I could hop over to the hard lines and grab what I needed right after throwing a bag of cheese into my cart and then go right back to the groceries with ease. When I advised them they stated they would pull them from the shelf but because one of the items was from March of 24 and it is now August of 24 I just was not impressed. This is a store that caters to the vacationing public coming to area lakes and campgrounds and it gives me concern that these people are getting taken advantage of.
