About what we expected, and walked out without buying anything on this day, and one of the staff members joked around with us about that. It was a fun time. The line was super long at check out. It was quit busy. I'm certain my wife will return on a few occasions as she's a very frugal shopper and she loves a good deal.

Only negative is the fish area, sometimes it's not like it should be. We've had a few times having the salmon patties and they weren't good when we got them home and a few times made us ill. The lady behind the counter (ugh, I can't remember her name!) was so friendly and welcoming and funny! It really shows she loves what she does. Overall, the store has an old-school, the neighborhood store feel. I really liked it! I'm glad to be able to support a local-ish type of store rather than those biggies like HEB.
