I bought 8, 6 packs of Coke in the Mooresville store at 9:30 PM on July 10th. When I checked out the sale closed before I found out I only got the special $4.00 each off on 5. I knew this was always the policy but I checked the shelf pricing and the coupon repeatedly to make sure I could get more. When I noticed the difference I was told at checkout that the office was closed and they could refund it. I said I was from Martinsville and they told me to go there the next day. I went there and a very rude office lady told me I was wrong and there was nothing I could do about it even after I showed her photos of the Shelf pricing never mentioning a limit. I believe this is ongoing pricing fraud I have seen in Kroger time and time again.
