So this place was nice when it first opened and my family has been steady customers, but they are…read moreso understaffed for the stocking, checking out, and dang mobile order stuff and it shows! I will likely start using a different location unfortunately.... You can tell the employees are having to literally run to get everything done and they are getting worse and worse on customer service, literally yelling which line they want you in and seeming annoyed if you have a buggy of groceries... I have crazy hours and don't live in town so we buy 2wks groceries at a time(one buggy full) and on more than one trip comments have been made on how much we were checking out... #1 I'm spending money keeping you a job so your welcome, and #2 if everything didn't come in boxes 3 times bigger than the product to make it look like you were getting more my buggy wouldn't be so full. Hopefully they get it figured out.

As a general rule, I abhor all Walmart locations. This one is an exception…read more Everything was very neat and organized. There were employees everywhere, so assistance was actually available if necessary. Checking out was a breeze. The store was also quite clean, as were the restrooms. Every employee I saw was actually smiling. I've never seen that in any Walmart! The only problem with this location is the fact parking is a huge pain. More so than at other locations. So have patience while searching for a spot.

The poor cashier looked real stressed that he was the only one who was checking out everyone. I got up to the counter and asked him does she (the mod) not see that there's a line and she was up here and didn't help you. His response was she doesn't care. Now that's completely sad to have a grown ass adult running a store And they don't care when they see their employe struggling to get the line down. I went to go find her and when I found her I said hun can you get up their and help him the line is getting longer and she acted like she didn't know what I was talking about when she was just up there 5 minutes prior. I get there's things to get done but as a manager you should step up and help your employees if they are struggling to get the Line down. I've had issues with this MOD before and how she acts towards her employees and customers is unacceptable. The other manager Jess is such a sweetheart. Shes always talking with her customers and always happy to help this other manager (she's got glasses and tattoos) seems like helping her customers and employees is a huge problem. Someone needs to remove her from the management position cause she has zero desire to help people.
