No one should shop here. There are never enough checkers so you use the self check. The problem…read morewith that is the self check machines at Kroger are the worst that I have ever seen. They screw up consistently and then the 16 year old snot nose clerk comes over and in front of you goes through the video to see if you are a thief before the will restart the machine. It is disgusting and demeaning. What they are doing is calling me a theif. I spend $200 in there weekly and they think I an going to put up with that behavior. The manager Wendy says that they are doing their job. Texans we do not need to shop there. We need to go somewhere where we will be respected. The bad actors that they are and Kroger want to treat us like criminals. Let's move them out of Texas. They do not deserve to be here.

They said they weren't cooking anymore. So I got a couple chicken fingers sitting under the heat lamps. They seemed to have been sitting around for awhile and the cashier wasn't offering any discounts. I thought it was pricey for stuff sitting around. A few weeks later, I show up at 1pm, this time there was a lady behind the counter working the chicken stand. I asked for the 8 piece combo off the menu. She said she wasn't cooking anything anymore and I could only choose what was sitting around. A couple of wings. In my disgust, I just left. No more chances. I'm afraid with those types of customer service priorities, I won't be patronizing them anymore. Hartz fried chicken down the street scratches my itch enough.

They have a large stock and a lot of stuff, and even though wait times can sometimes be long, with the good old single cashier problem going on, it's a great little cheap outlet in The Woodlands, which has a very pretentious town name by the way, and is very pretentious, let's be honest. So DT is Barbi's fave chain for cheap stuff, maybe alongside 99C Only and Daiso, and it shows, especially at locations like this one. If it handed out organs to dying people, it'd be Donor Tree. Unfortunately it doesn't. And with all the money it generates, it totally could. Or at least pay your employees better so they're not so annoyed all the time.

Their reasoning was that they bagged their own ice so they can limit how much ice every person wants to purchase. We are not living in a country where we have to limit the amount of ice they can be purchased because there's only so much ice to go around. They have what five six six full containers of ice outside their store and they bagged their own ice. It doesn't sound like good reasoning to me. Besides, I'm going to buy my ice somewhere else now and I'll probably buy my gas and everything else as well. They're upgrading their store on the inside and putting all new furnishings. I hope they get their money from other things other than ice.
