I live 20 minutes away and didn't want to make another trip just to find out it didn't happen, so I tried to call them. Four times. I finally was greeted with a recorded message that said they were busy and to try again later. Which I did. Three more times. I also attempted to connect with the "receiving department" to see if the shipment had indeed arrived. Same thing. No answer. So. I downloaded the app and attempted to start an account.
