One hour and 20 minutes later I receive a notification letting me know that the item was out of stock. This is inconvenient of course, but understandable. I called the location because I had used a coupon on that item that expires and I was wondering what other options there were for me to get that item since it is sold out online and all the locations within an hour of me. The first woman I spoke to was very understanding and helpful... other than the fact she left me on a "brief" hold for over 40 minutes!!! I hung up the phone and called back 4 times until someone picked up. I explained the situation and the man could not have been more unprofessional, it was like he had never taken a phone call before. I asked for advice on what I should do to get the item and he replies "well, uh, what do you mean help you?" I also explained that the lady told me she would check with a colleague if she could honor my item and / or coupon and the man replied "uh what lady." I then had to ask if I could speak with someone else about this and he replied "uh there's nobody else here." I know this job was aggravating because they had to remove my many coolers to get to the spare tire but they told me "Don't worry about it." So if you buy mattress and adjustable frame, but don't like the mattress you are stuck with the frame even if you return the mattress. Mattress I bought is comfortable, but the adjustable portion of the frame hurts my back, so basically I paid a ton of money for an adjustable frame that is in reality a flat frame. And by the way when I called to ask about any possible exchange, I was told "why did you buy it then. You liked it in the store." I tried to explain there is a big difference in laying on a bed in a showroom for 3 minutes and trying to sleep on it all night. I explained I sleep on my side and the adjustments put me in a bad position where I hurt in the morning if I raise either the head or feet. I was advised I should try to switch to sleeping on my back even though I've slept on my side my entire life and I'm comfortable that way. Just make sure you get what you really want before you purchase. There is no going back no matter what they say.
