Since 1993, it's been an indoor antique establishment of nearly 22,000 sq ft with 100 vendors offering the finest selection of collectibles, furniture, and treasures in all of the Poconos, where my partner, his sister, and I came today. Upon entering this spacious, well-maintained, and carefully organized interior as first-timers, it was like stepping into a time machine powered by vintage lamps, antique knick-knacks, and furniture. Some booths were a little tight to walk through, but not bad. There is so much stuff to see one could literally spend several hours in there. We left satisfied with a china cabinet and solid round table. Prices were very reasonable. The staff was friendly and helpful. We can recommend this place.

When I went back in to ask about signage and give feedback, I was verbally attacked by a manager named Eric. He cursed at me, told me to "get the f*** out," stayed on my back aggressively, and even had to be separated by another customer who witnessed it. Meanwhile, the other ice-cream customers walked out while hearing him yell at me, showing I was unfairly singled out. I left shaken and threatened. Completely unprofessional, hostile, and unacceptable treatment from supposed "management."

Botanica 21 Division is owned by Sonia Ceballos. A native of the Dominican Republic, she also provides spiritual readings in a small room at the back of the store.
